The best. Classic Napa store that still does all the essentials. Flywheels. Brake rotors. They do it. Resurfaced my flywheel on a truck that I couldn’t find a replacement. Very thankful.

Wow!! This used to be THE most reliable place. According to the owner Tim, if you don’t save your receipt, you don’t have a warranty!!

Found out they gave me the wrong battery for my car (not AGM). After having forgot to give me the vacuum fitting when I purchased it.

So I call and talk to Tim, who says he’s the owner and he couldn’t care less, has no way to track my purchase. His ineptitude is now costing me hundreds.. so basically he’s a thief.

Go somewhere else. If I could leave zero stars I would. The dirtiest store I’ve walked into. You can tell they don’t care about their business. The “owner” does a great job at letting everyone know they don’t know how to fix a problem. I watched the owner belittle an older gentleman asking for help with belts before completely disrespecting my wife by acting like she was an idiot for not knowing NAPAs “policies” about exchanging batteries under warranty. Just kept repeating himself with an attitude but not offering any solutions. So we called another store and exchanged it on the spot. If you’re looking for a Napa to go to, go to Mchenry or Antioch you’re wasting your time with people that don’t want to help and don’t care enough to clean their building.

I called on a Saturday early afternoon looking to have rare brake rotors cut. They said no problem. 45 minutes later they are done and perfect. This is the only place around that has this service.
