I'm editing a previous review. After disputing the charge on my credit card, Mr. Tire refunded the extra charge. HOWEVER, I hadn't opened the hood until yesterday, and I found the engine cover was missing from my jeep. I went to the store today, and they said they don't have the cover. I asked if they could check with the technician who worked on my car and surprise, he doesn't work there any more. I asked the person at the counter what they could do, since the cover is an expensive part. He basically said they would not do anything. This is terrible customer service. He's telling me that he doesn't think they lost the cover, but I've never taken it off in the 9 years I owned the car, so why would I have lost it?

Worst experience ever. Got a new tire put on they only put 1 lugnut back on my tire. Almost crashed my car and had over 1100 dollars in damage from it.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They did my brakes, oil change, and registration stickers 2 days before the car broke down on the side of road leaking oil everywhere. I had them do full diagnostics and have been going to them for years. I towed it back to them only for them to cover their ass saying it’s antifreeze and charge me $200 for doing absolutely nothing. Please do not go here, it’s unsafe for you. To top it off they gave me stickers while I had an expired license so don’t recommend them for anything really.

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would , I came here back in September because I had a misfire they “replaced” my spark plug. Later I came to found out that wasn’t the case as I had my buddy replace them for me , all of the spark plugs looked completely the same so more than likely they weren’t replaced. Unfortunately no way I can prove that. Save your time and money, don’t ever go here.

Terrible experience. I caught a screw on my way home from work around 5pm and needed an immediate repair. I called Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers to see if they were open and could do a repair. A woman on the phone told me yes and scheduled me for a 6pm appointment. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for about 5-10 minutes, before someone came in. The man asked why I was here, I told him I had an appointment and he responded "No you don't." I thought he was joking, but he didn't address me further until I started asking "Really?" Then told me there was no one there to do it. Because I thought I had an appointment, I wasted time and wasn't able to call somewhere else that might actually be open between 5 and 6. By the time I dealt with him every other service center was closed. Between the rude greeting, lack of service and the obvious issues with making an appointment but then not having one, I can't recommend anyone go here.

Although I detest their (franchise implemented) phone system, I take my cars to the local Mr. Tire for most of my car maintenance. You’re not going to find a better, more reasonably priced service center for your oil change, inspection or tire care needs.

The guys at Mr. Tire in Fairless Hills are the best!

I call them take an appointment at 4.30 and i made sure i am staying with the car cause I am coming from 15 miles away then when i am there the guy tells me i got noone to check your car you have to drop it off ... i told him i made sure i would stay with the car on fone, and he replies. I am sure you haven't spoken to me .... all they want is to rip you off, but they can't even do it in a nice professional way. Never here again
