I ordered a rebuild kit for my bike. I paid an extra $20 to have it shipped 2-day. 4 days after the order I received a notification that they would be shipping the parts. The parts never arrived though. Apparently they just got as far as printing off a shipping label, but not actually shipping anything.

It's been almost 2 weeks and I have no news from this company. I have called and e-mailed them on multiple occasions. They never answer or respond. This company has stolen from me. I have reported them as fraud to my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!!!!

Bought a set of carburetor air/fuel mixture needles, called to verify the order and they picked up, called again 6 days later to find out where the package was at and they verified it was gonna be delivered that day, which it was. I think people need to know there is a 3-5 day processing time but I got it in 6 and my order was right and cheaper than Amazon even. I'm very very happy with my order and I saved a few bucks.

This company is terrible. I ordered a pair oh shocks off their website because it said "ships next business day" and also my shipment qualified for free shipping. The part didn't ship until 6 days later and they used the slowest method possible the tracking g says that it will take a week to get here from a Chicago suburbs which is only a 3 hour drive from my house. Terrible customer service also was pretty much told to deal with it.

I selected a battery for my bike and paid for it on the same day, got an E-mail saying it would be shipped in a few days. Fed -ex sent confirmation of shipping and delivered it. When I opened the package, I found what appears to be a battery for a "Power-Wheels" kids toy. I left multiple messages describing the mix up (they NEVER ANSWER) and E -mailed "Customer Service," (what a joke that is).
At this point,18 days later, I still haven't heard ANYTHING from them AT ALL. By the way, I did use their online form to report the problem to them and try to get this corrected. Bottom line, I have a useless battery and they still have my $$... Anyone out there need a"BT 5L BS" for what ever it fits?

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered motorcycle pipes and only got half of my order. I have been calling them for about a month and now they won't answer my calls or respond to my emails and I still have not received the rest of my order. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. It has now been 28 days since I have heard from them and still have not received my pipes.

Beware of Moto Part Hub in Northbrook, IL. There is a reason that they sell cheaper. They will take your money, sell you a part that they say will fit the same as original equipment but will not. Then try to contact them. Impossible! They will not answer their phone or email. Do not buy from this shady outfit. Pay a little more and get your parts from a legitimate company.

As of now I am very disappointed . I have tried to contact Moto Part Hub several times and left messages because I could never get a real person on the phone . I have not heard from them concerning the part I ordered and have not received even a word from them as to why my part has not been shipped after seven days . I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would also like to add that I was unable to post a review without pushing the star button . I would not give them even one star if I didn't have to in order to post a review ...............................

Bought a tire repair kit, in the picture it had plugs, patches, tire spoons, a compression tire pump that you hook up to your cylinder head, and a nice carrying case. They had a great price on the products, I bought the kit and it showed up this morning. I'm leaving for Moab tomorrow to do some rough riding and was glad to see my parts show up before my trip in case I had a tube get punctured. What I received was NOT what I ordered. All that I got was a zip lock bag with a few patches and some rubber cement in it. No tire spoons, no compression tire pump, no case, no adapters. No time to order another kit or anything, so I'm rolling the dice on this trip hoping my tires don't fail me.
