I recently purchased a motorcycle from Moto Europa, which left a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership's sales team. First, before signing the paperwork, the team does a great job of making the experience great. However, after signing the paperwork, everything falls apart. Phil Anderson, the salesman, will tell you he will get you information and then not do it, and when you call him out about it, he will blame you and your phone for being the problem. Next, even though the dealership makes you pay them to get your brand-new bike ready, they will still attempt to deliver a motorcycle with missing bolts. The sales manager (Sean Riches) tried to get me to sign paperwork verifying that the bike was good to go before anyone even presented me with the bike. Had I not refused to sign, the bike would likely still have a missing bolt, as I would not have noticed the missing part. This is not the experience I expected when buying a Ducati and paying several thousand dollars over the cost of similar competitor motorcycles. However, I want to be clear that this review is about the sales team, not the service team. Every interaction I have ever had with the service team has been excellent, including on this day. I will likely continue to get the bike serviced at Moto Europa, but I will likely buy my next Ducati at Gateway BMW Ducati Motorcycles.

After a month of trying to buy gloves online, I made the 2 hr trek to Moto Europa in St. Louis. After trying lots of gloves on, I was able to find a pair that fit perfect.

The dude that helped me (Chris) was patient & let me ask all sorts of dumb questions about Triumph and Ducati. Had I been there a little earlier - I got there about 30 minutes before closing - I probably would’ve bought a fancy leather jacket too.

Also - Ducati makes e-bikes. I didn’t know I wanted that in my life until today. 🤣

Amazing motorcycle museum and venue!
My wife and I went here for the Lupus Foundation fundraiser/dinner and the venue was very nice. The motorcycles were incredible. The inside of the museum was very modern and had a great atmosphere.

Very cool venue. Not sure what types of events they normally do, but I was here for a wedding and reception. Too large spaces, both full with old motorcycles from Europe. Some road bikes, some motocross, some military. All had a plaque with a story behind them.

Not sure if the food was in-house or catered, but one station was Chinese the other BBQ and both were delicious. Very friendly staff at the stations and the bars.

There is a decent lot right across the street for parking and off street is also available.

This location is top notch. I’ve owned a half dozen Italian scooters and motorcycles over the last 15 years and I can’t tell you how many so-called repair shops for scooters are nothing but jokes in this town. Not the folks at Moto Europa! From start to finish they were impeccable and always communicating exactly what they were doing with my two Italian scooters. Their show room is top notch and the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable of European engines. Don’t waste your time going to anywhere else head over to this place and you will be much happier knowing you’re getting the best service in town.

Attempted to buy a bike here. I have loved everytime i walk in, the amazing bikes they have. Recently I attempted to do a trade in on a bike. Getting ahold of a sale rep is almost impossible. Communication is horrible. Almost a week for a response and multiple tries before good contact was made. Then the low ball offer was INSULTING. I have offers from other shops that's almost double the offer. I have had bikes serviced here and cost was great, but also had issues with communication. Just shop around before committing to the shop.

Very friendly, and excellent service. THE place to go for a new Vespa or Piaggio scooter. Lots of bikes in stock. Don't forget to ask about the free one-year membership in the Vespa Club America with a new Vespa purchase.
