The customer service i receive here is amazing!!!! I have always gone to the East Windsor location. Friendly staff knowledgeable and very flexible. I used the last of what was on my card to get my oil change and they found a nail in my tire. I was upset because I could not afford to patch it. So they did it for me complimentary. This is the kind of service I can expect from this business! I'm so thankful and grateful for this place!

Dealt with Kenny when I visited in person and called a few days later for a tire mount/balance. Kenny is a really nice guy like just very personable and just a real fella. I had purchased a tire elsewhere and the worker who brought my car out after completing the mount and balance, even put the spare tire and the mat that I wasn’t even expecting him to put back just so nicely back together. I was fine with the tire just being put back but the worker made it complete by taking the time to realize the mat goes over the spare and simply cared to complete that action. Times like these I wish money grew on trees because they deserve a tip, bonus, raise, more than I can ever afford so I gotta put this review out. Yeah you can save money going somewhere else but at this location with Kenny and his team, you’ll get top notch customer service that makes it so worth it to pay at least $15 more compared to other places offering the same service.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Midas in East Windsor and wanted to share it. I initially scheduled an appointment online for my tire, which had a slow leak for a few months. The online scheduling was smooth, and I quickly received a confirmation email. Unfortunately, I became unwell and had to reschedule, but Ola was incredibly accommodating. She called me back promptly and fit me in the next day without any issues.

When I brought my car in, they found a gigantic nail in my tire. Unlike another shop that told me I needed a full tire replacement, Midas assured me that the tire was completely repairable and patched it up for just <$40. I was genuinely impressed by their honesty and the quality of their work. I was so pleased with my experience that I returned for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. Once again, the staff was fantastic. During the oil change, the technician found another nail in the same tire, this time wedged in the ridges but not punctured. They even asked me if I wanted it as a keepsake! Their thoroughness and attention to detail really stood out. Ken, Ola, and their team are genuinely kind, generous, and honest mechanics. I couldn’t be more grateful for the great service they provided. I highly recommend Midas in East Windsor—they’ve definitely earned my trust!
