I picked up a low-mileage 2018 Kawasaki Z1000SX. The bike was road ready when I picked it up, and the trade-in process was simple. I was in and out in under two hours. Totally the fastest dealer experience I've ever had. They were also super helpful loading and unloading bikes from my trailer. I will definitely be using Metz for future purchases, and will 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride or to service their existing one(s).

Highly recommend NOT going to Metz Machines, my husband bought a bike from there and recently brought it back to get a tire replaced because they were running a promotion for a discount on the service to replace the tire and would pick it up for free by February 28th. He had to put $100 down to reserve the "promotion" to later find out they wouldn't pick it up because he was already getting money off the replacement service. Annoying, but whatever. Then he gets a call to pick it up and arrives to find his bike sitting outside (on the day we are getting pounded with snow) despite there being room inside the shop to have stored it. Aside from the crazy high prices at Metz, this is the type of service he has received time and time again. It's one thing to charge higher rates for higher customer service & quality but then to have your almost brand new $10k bike left outside in the snow in the salty parking lot.... We will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Update: We just got a call from Metz arguing about the bike sitting out not being an issue because of the trailer we had to get to haul the bike home in the snow. Don't appreciate you calling to see with us then asking to remove the review. Beyond disappointed with your "customer service" but not surprised at this point.

I called in looking for a quote. Don was the gentleman that answered and I was happy he did. He was knowledgeable about the items I needed. Which as someone still learning I didn't know some of the terminology or part names for what I needed but he knew exactly what I was talking about. Built my quote in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop for what you need.
