They have high-quality stuff that didn’t last very long. I bought some boots from them for over $200 some Silverado’s and only wore them for about four months and they separated at the soul from the actual boot itself. I went in to get a refund or have my boots exchanged and they told me that I’d have to send them in and wait up to three weeks to have a pair Sent to me or reimbursed with the store credit. Very inconvenient and the customer service was sub-par

My husband bought a suede fringe jacket, a large, saying we could return after Christmas as they would have a new shipment..they didn't. I believe she lied to sell it. Owner(?) Tried to order small but couldn't, said they would return our money...the woman who sold it to him was there rude, would not return the taxes we paid on it. Up until that time, I really liked the place...

Nice store but felt rushed by being asked if I had found anything or I needed anything every five minutes. Ended up just grabbing a pair of boots and getting out. The pair i picked up wasn't the the ones that I thought that fit the best I had tried on. I had already pulled my tags off before I realized it at home. Oh well I guess I shouldn't have let them get to me lol. Nice people but kinda feel like they want you in and out!

My daughter and I love McKinney’s .. over the past few years , we visit at least once a month .. we purchase most of our grain, supplements, and tack ( as well as treats , grooming aides and fly spray )

Helpful ( patient !) employees that are always willing to answer questions

Prices are fair and selection is good ( except for horse blankets and sheets .. ( would like to see more available as seasons change but overall we love McKinney’s !

Always a friendly store to shop in. I love that they take your items in your hands and set them aside with your name on it to...buy more ( great marketing strategy) Clean store that carries EVERYTHING you need for equines and their owners. We go every time we are in the area.
