Maul’s has top notch customer service and work. Our truck broke down on our way moving from California to Pennsylvania. The minuet we inquired about where to take it, everyone said Maul’s was the place to go. Even the tow truck driver said he had his work done there and that they were the best. Owen and Staff truly lived up to their reputation! Monday after the holiday, our truck was on the road again. Something we did not think possible. They have no shortage of work and took our time sensitive situation serious to get the job done. We couldn’t thank Owen and staff enough! Places like Maul’s is why we love Illinois! They take care of customers! I know where we will be if we need any work done in the area!

Poor quality of paint and repair. I know I am meticulous with my vehicles but the lack of workmanship shows. One picture is the gloss black badge and the other pic is the flat finish badge....they didn't even bother to check the match.

Maul's is absolutely the best diesel shop around. They did everything I asked in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them. Owen kept in touch with me daily. Great communication. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Accidentally filled up with gas instead of diesel. Got me in despite being super busy to drain my tank and got me back on the road to finish my move. Much appreciated, excellent service.

The best diesel shop there is in the Midwest. The team here does a great job on anything you throw at them. I wouldn’t want anyone else do work on my truck other than this shop.

Did an insurance job put a used diesel motor in my truck. Have had nothing but electric issues since I got truck back. Called them about a code for injector. Motor still having intermittent code for injector 3 and now number. Motor just now has 10,000 on it after it in my truck. Bottom radiator hose was missing clip. Lost all the antifreeze out of truck about a week of gettin it back. Motor had blue smoke at start up. Pretty sure the noise I heard has been injector knock now after 2nd injector went out.

I took my truck into mails to have my dodge 1500 raised in the front. They were very nice to me. It took some time to do it. But they did it .and did a very good job on it. Would I go back yes I would. Thx guys.
