I was on the side of the road with a shredded tire just south of the Divernon exit on 55. It was just before 5pm and I did a map search to see what was in the area that could help. I called, left a voice mail saying where I was and what I needed. Five minutes later, Jason called back. I was on my way in less than an hour, even including a battery jump. Nice guy. Had everything needed to replace and air up my spare.

What a great bunch of people. They are always helpful and courteous. They do excellent work and care about the final product. The young lady who sets up appointments is always friendly and accommodating to your needs. Keep up the good work.

We had been using Main Street successfully for five years when Jeff hired Ellie and their service went downhill from there. She is nasty and cold and runs the show now. Because of her horrible attitude they have lost all their good employees and the place is now a joke. Their current employees don't know what they are doing. I could share at least three incidents where they misdiagnosed and overcharged us for repairs that were not even made. Shame on you Jeff!!

*Jeff asked me to call him in a reply below my post. I called him and was blamed for all of their problems. Shame on you Jeff! My review will remain as a warning to others to stay away from your shop so they don't get robbed.

Great service, great business! Ellie, Terry, Mike, Jeff, and all the guys in the shop are great. It’s a small town shop that really care about their customers. They all go above and beyond to make sure to give good prices, great service, and make sure you are taken care quickly and for a great price!

I spoke with the Owner Jeff about having issues with my car and after telling me the problem had been fixed it in fact had not been fixed. so once speaking with him again he became aggressive towards me and was definitely not a nice person to deal with. I would definitely take my business elsewhere unless you’re someone who is local they don’t value your business.

Only been here 3 times so far but folks are very friendly and do all they can to keep me rolling. No issues yet and pray never will be , but sure if there is they would make it right. Great having them in our community. Very nice to have people you can rely on.

I love coming here to have my Jeep worked on whenever it’s in need of a Doctor. They’re always friendly, helpful, informative and an overall pleasure to deal with, especially when it comes to mechanics. lol Can’t forget how their prices are always extremely reasonable, completing how awesome they are. Overall a great experience every time I’ve had to get work done on my Jeep.
