Don’t waste your time or money here. The shopkeeper (who I believe is also the owner) is a rude, condescending old man who only cares about you if you're ready to drop a fortune. The moment I walked in, he started lecturing me about how everything is "high-end" and to not touch anything, without even bothering to say "Hello." Based on the other reviews, it seems I'm far from the first person to deal with his obnoxious attitude. Do yourself a favor—listen to the negative reviews and take your business elsewhere. ---
And since it appears the owner has a habit of replying to every negative comment, trying to make the customer seem at fault, here's a suggestion: Spend less time making excuses for your childish arrogance and more time learning basic customer service. Maybe then, you'll actually get more customers. Cheers.

The male owner is very unfriendly and looks down on the customers. He was very rude, implying things like we wouldnt be able to afford these just because i asked him what the lowest price and highest price ranges from. BTW, check online prices first because they upcharge here. 남자 사장님 너무 불친절 하시고 손님을 깔아 보십니다. 제일 저렴하면서 좋은걸 찾고 있어서 가격 차이를 물어봤는데, 설명하시기 귀찮아 하시고 “자기들 형편 형편” 거리면서 너무 무례하십니다… 돈이 있어도 여기선 사고 싶지 않네요.

I looked at the reviews and were a little worried that weren't going to get the best experience there, but please don't trust the bad reviews. I bought a small kanken bag there recently and took it with me from my trip to New York. The owner was really sweet and helped me decide which bag would be best to take on the trip. I've been there multiple times there since then and he has always been friendly. The owner always finds exactly what I'm looking for. Very helpful!

Trust the bad reviews. We ignored and went there anyways, and had the worse experience ever. Idk who that middle aged man was, a staff member or the owner but he got some serious anger issues. He was rude and mannerless. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He constantly gave us side eyes and made faces until we left. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I had an amazing time and the luggage store owner is super nice. He helped me find a nice backpack after my zipper broke on my bag. It’s way more comfortable than the other one I had and I also have a place to put my laptop now. I’m super happy with my purchase!

Alex was very attentive and genuinely had me in his best interest. He treated me like a family member and did everything he could to help me make the best choice in buying my first carry-on bag. I got the bric's B|Y carry-on bag and I absolutely love it! He went in-depth with explaining how to properly care for my luggage. I am definitely coming back here and will recommend other people as well!

Luggage Town is my go to place whenever i need a new luggage or a gift for someone. The owner is honest, knowledgeable and understands my needs when it comes to selection or recommendations in terms of budget and features im looking for. They do carry most major brands that im familiar. Overall a great pleasant place to shop!
