Excelente atención y muy buenos artículos de viaje aunque son caros son de muy buena calidad… aquí puedes encontrar desde la maleta mas pequeña hasta la de mayor dimensión, diversidad de colores, materiales y estilos, adaptadores de contactos de electricidad, almohadillas, chalecos, bascula movil para maletas, identificadores de equipaje, candados, protectores etc etc

I had an exceptional experience at this store! Richard and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and fun to talk to about everything travel. Their knowledge of luggage brands and products, especially when it came to repairing my two TUMI bags, was beyond impressive—frankly, better than the TUMI store itself! They are truly passionate about their work and provide excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for all my travel needs. Highly recommend!

Great spot for purchasing luggage. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The core team has been working there for many years and clearly loves what they do. There are ample luggage options to pick from and best of all you can try them all out right there. They also have a wide variety of packing tools such as compression bags etc. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, they no longer offer repair services. But, my experience and their customer service were excellent. Penny was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She helped me come up with options to deal with my unique, urgent situation. I'm from out of town, flew in last night, and cruising out of Galveston tomorrow. Plus, it was a Sunday. My options were limited. Ultimately, one of the things they suggested to do worked perfectly to get me through this trip until I get home and have proper repairs done. I highly recommend this place for your luggage and travel needs. I wound up purchasing a European plug adapter from their new selection of travel accessories. I've been considering one for a while, but I jumped at the chance to buy from them as a thank you for their help. It will come in handy on my cruise tomorrow.
