Visited the store 8/30 PM, an SA (longer blonde hair) spoke to me about my vintage bag I had just acquired. She was very nice, and talked to me about the history of LV and the different bags and trunks in the store. The rest of the SA's didn't speak to me. I had been on my feet for 3 days and looking worn out and wasn't dressed for a luxury store in the least. Wish I had her name. She pointed me towards the Flagship store for fragrances I wish they had them available in this store.

From the moment I walked into the store I felt so welcomed. Erika was the best associate by assisting me with different options for what I was looking for and made the experience more enjoyable. Even while giving me 5+ star service she still greeted every client that walked into the store and made sure they knew someone would be right with them if another associate wasn’t available. I’ve gone into this location many times and each time Erika is there, the experience is top tier. Bravo to her and the rest of the team, hopefully they all look up to her. They could learn a lot from her elegance, grace and professionalism.

When I first walked into the Louis Vuitton in Sacks Fifth Avenue, I was greeted by a delightful woman named Erika. I had never been to this store before and she made me feel welcome with her cheerful smile. She was so helpful in my shopping and I do not know if I would have been successful without her support and expert suggestions. I was shopping for a gift for my anniversary and my wife dropped hints she wanted a bag but I was a clueless husband in need of help. I pray to the lord above that Erika was standing in that store on that day because my wife is obsessed with her new bag. She takes it with her everywhere she goes and even has a pedestal that she places it on when she is not using it. I sometimes think she loves this bag more than she loves me. Thank you to Erika for the amazing suggestion because I definitely would not have picked out one as amazing. She should run the company, that is how much I trust her. Louis Vuitton is a better place because of Erika.

Five stars for this stellar Louis Vuitton team! I'd highly recommend Bianca who is an all-star Client Advisor - super friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable/passionate about the brand. She will go above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. I'd also highly recommend Daryll who also does a great job at making the in-store experience fun and low pressure. Props also to Vanessa the manager of this location who does a wonderful job at following up with clients and making sure they're having a good experience! If you're a Saks customer and looking for a personal stylist, I'd recommend Jacob. He is very experienced with Louis Vuitton and can take your personally into the boutique and show you around.

Erika was very rude and racist…… When the 1st time I went to the store, she judge my clothes from up and down which made me very uncomforted....She frequently ignored me when I was in her store and asking her about the products (I doubt if it's bc I didn't wear fancy clothes and bags, or it's because I had a foreign accent). She gave me her phone number and asked me to contact her if I had any questions. But she NEVER replied me when I texted her to ask whether her store had a certain bag. After bought a bag and went home, the bag had so many scratches on the bottom buttons, she showed me very bad face when I returned it. When I visited the shop again, she even pretended cleaning a table and even reluctant to look at me (even for one time) when I was talking to her. It's very ridiculous to seems like I was begging her to sell me a bag. As a seller, she was not supposed to treat her customers like that. Would Never be there again!
