Great experience! I was attempting to purchase from a different dealer, one I had bought from before, but I was having a hard time getting a call back. When I did hear back, it would be two days later.

I was talking to a friend about the situation, and he referred me to Corey at Lou Fusz motorsports. I called, and he answered right away. Everything was great from that point forward. Corey did everything he said he would do, messaging, calling back, looking into warranty questions, and confirming equipment options.

The only issue was that the machine I wanted wasn’t in inventory. However, Corey tracked it down and had it on a truck the next day. Today, I picked up my new machine.

Every step of this deal was under-promised and over-delivered. In just three days, these guys got my machine from halfway across the country onto my trailer. while I had waited that long just for a call back from the other dealer!

I am re-posting after was asked to take this down by management... They said they would "work with us" if we took it down, I will let you read and be the judge.

First of all- don't buy a Kawasaki. Their "work" model the mule, evidently can't stand up to work conditions, and Kawasaki, and Lou Fusz will not stand behind it. Now to my story.

Bought a brand new Kawasaki Mule from Lou Fusz in Summer of 2023. Sale went fine no issues- note that we did buy the extended warranty. Spring of 2024, began having issues with the mule. Low power, engine light on etc. Took it in, Lou Fusz said there was a broken ground in the wiring harness, warranty replaced it. No issues here either.

Fast forward to January of 2025, smoke comes out from under the hood of the machine- wires burnt. Take it back to Lou Fusz- and this is when things went south... The wiring harness that THEY INSTALLED not more than about 6 months sooner, came out of the cheap little clips on the back of the bed, fell on the exhaust, melted and ruined the whole wiring harness. But guess what- not their problem cause there was a little mud on the back of the machine. Yep- you read that correctly... Lou Fusz, Kawasaki, and the extended warranty all said basically that because the machine was "used" that it was not covered.

So, if you plan to do anything more than pick up sticks in your yard, don't buy a Kawasaki. And whatever you do, don't get suckered into the extended warranty. I do want to give AJ a shout-out, he is the service guy we dealt with- he was great, but his hands were tied. Management there leaves a lot to be desired...

At the end, our Mule is fixed. $2500 later. If that was "working" with us, they have some explaining to do. Hence why my review is back!

I went in for service on my Honda Stateline that I haven't had on the road in years. Pat, Kurt, and A.J. were all very helpful in getting my bike back on the road. All very knowledgeable and they didn't push any unnecessary services on me.
