I went to Lou Fusz Honda just to look at upgrading from Polaris RZR 2-seater to maybe a Honda Talon four-seater. I walked around outside looking at the Honda Talon. It's Very nice machine, but realized it’s not what I wanted. So I walked inside and met with the sales person, Cody. He asked me what I was interested in. I told him I just looked at the Talon and that it’s not really exactly what I wanted. I told him that I was gonna go down the street and look at a Polaris General. Lou Fusz also owns the dealership down the street which is a Polaris dealership. Cody told me that if there was anything I liked down there to come back and see him he would be able to help me out with whatever I needed from down there as well. I was thinking to myself man. He’s a really nice salesman. So I went down the street soon as I saw the Polaris General, I knew I had to have it. I went back down, talked with Cody again. We sat down talked about what my needs were then went from there. He introduced me to Dylan the finance guy. Boy did I give Dylan a hard time! I told him the accessories I needed for my new General and a dollar amount that I will not go over for my monthly payment. He sit there at his computer for about an hour. We come to an agreement and bought a new General. mind you when I woke up Saturday morning. The last thing on my mind was buying a new side-by-side! The best part about my experience is I did not feel pressured by salesman, Cody or the finance guru Dylan! thank you guys very much!

My son and I purchased two Talons1000 SxS’s from Tony W. What a great fantastic treatment we received on the purchase from Tony. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Talons. Then we decided to add many accessories to our 1000’s. James F the service manager helped us with many questions we had. James was phenomenal with the process of getting all the accessories put on both 1000’s. James spent so much time with us wanting to make sure we were comfortable with all accessories he had added on. We felt like family with everyone at Lou Fusz. Dylan sales manager was buzzing around checking in with us too. Great Guy. I highly recommend this place for your next toys

Tony and the rest of the team have been great to work with. We live about 90 minutes away so my husband called yesterday inquiring about a specific bike he was looking for. Lou Fusz had it and Tony was able to work out a deal over the phone. We stopped in to pick the bike up today and Tony had everything ready to go. We were back on the road in about a hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly group. I highly recommend that you stop by if you’re looking for a ride.

It’s TERRIBLE how GOOD the service was. ☺️ Came in to buy my first bike with one in mind, but they also showed me a few other options. Sam was a huge help—not just in finding the right bike but also walking me through the financing process.

I also asked about getting some safety frame sliders, and he set everything up and got me pricing right away. Solid experience all around!
