All I needed was to add a small hole on a belt. The job was not done with professional approach, it was not in the middle like it was supposed to be and the representative of the store tried to prove me that this hole was made right like trying to prove me that I no nothing about belt’s geometry! Very unsatisfied and frustrated. Would not recommend to anybody!!! 😡

Lindsay did an awesome job on a complete repair of my Thorogood boots. I wish I had taken a photo of my boots before she worked on them because they looked absolutely horrible. I thought for sure there was nothing she could do, but she made it happen. They're just as comfortable if not more. Her hard work went above and beyond! Thank you so much for saving me another pair of boots.

Well I have to say I am very happy about the outlook of how my Made in USA Carolina steel toe boots turned out to be. I unfortunately did not have time to check in because I came from my lunch break at work and was in a limited time plus the business themselves had other customers when I came in so it was busy and did not want to occupy the service of casual talk. As for her assistant working there who is Senegalese (I forgot his name err!!) He was very facilitating about the status of my shoe as well as guidance of choice for what heels or bottoms to replace since my original ones was falling apart. Never the less I wanted to give a great review about this business especially after how businesses such as shoe cobbling or repair as well as a sit down shoe shine is forbidden until now a days with social distancing. It was by chance I discovered this shoe cobbler and leather repair place when I was having a bucket list for a trying a Jewish Deli in Naperville called Schmaltz Delicatessen next door which was also a great place but can't compare to Old School Mannys Deli since I live in Chicago and commute to Naperville. I will be coming here again as I support small minority businesses or local shops to keep the economy going. Do get your shoes repaired here as well as the best of leather goods. They are a little pricey but it was worth the work in the end especially if you are a person who values good long lasting things that you repair once in a long time

I dropped off a LV purse to get the purse strap holds replaced and then I was told they would give me a call and an estimate. Around 2 weeks later, I call them and ask for the estimate, and it would take 2 months. Just off the communication principles alone, I picked the bag up! BEWARE before leaving your expensive stuff here.

If I could give negative starts I would. I dropped a BCBG coat off there one year ago to have the leather accents replaced. They originally told me it would take a month and charged me $400. To date I have not received my coat or a refund. My next step is the BBB. Stay away, they have zero customer service and are clearly thief's.

Really great craftsmanship, shoes look brand new.

Only complaint was inaccurate time estimate on completion and that I had to call them to find out the shoes were ready, but it all worked out.
