Danny and his team are outstanding! For starters their knowledge of Honda / Acura vehicles is 2nd to none (just look behind Rick's desk with Honda manuals from the 80's...). Their prices are more than fair and they will not try and upsell you a service that is not needed. My latest repair was more than 25% off of what the the dealership was quoting me; they always go above and beyond and will not nickel and dime you. Highly recommend them; just make sure and call first for an appointment as they are in high demand!

Have brought my car here for service about 3-4 times now from a friend's recommendation, and this will be the only place I go to for service for as long as I own a Honda or ever own an Acura. Shoutout to Rick for always being very nice and letting me know what's up with my vehicle in a straightforward fashion. I have nothing but incredible things to say about my experience here. From start to finish, the service was professional, seamless, and communication was so easy. When they say "Personalized", they mean it: I came in to diagnose a rattling noise coming from my back wheel, and for some general diagnostics. I'm first to admit I'm not a car person, but Rick listened intently to all my concerns, and took those concerns seriously. Luckily, they were able to spot and fix the problem: two crucial bolts missing from a brake caliper—most likely due to improper work (at a dealership I will not name). They saved me from a potential disaster on the road, and I paid a fraction of what I would have forked over at a major dealership.

This shop doesn't give you the runaround, or try to scare you into unnecessary repairs. Rick is respectful and kind; Dan is honest and uncompromising. I even had to the chance to chat with his son, who carefully walked me through the repair, and addressed every question I had. All of this impeccable service, plus a free loaner for the day? I'm kicking myself for not coming here sooner. (And I'm never going back to a dealership again.)

LBJ Honda is a prime example of why we owe it to ourselves and our communities to support local, independent family-owned auto shops. And just for a day's work, they showed me that there just might still be some good in the world.

I very highly recommend LBJ for service and repair. I have been going to LBJ for over 7 years first for my Acura then my Honda. The staff is always extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain any issues with the car and repair the issue in a timely manner at a good price. I am fortunate to live near LBJ, but I would drive a distance for their excellent service! I appreciate that I can depend on LBJ to keep my car running safely and help me if there is a problem.

I've been coming to LBJ Honda for over 13 years to have mine and my wife's autos serviced. In addition, my daughter and father also rely on LBJ for their service needs. Dan, his son Danny, and Rick have always provided us with a high level of service. Though I'd moved to Milford, MA. In 2012, I continue to bring my vehicle to LBJ. Aside from leaving the shop always fully satisfied, the prime reason I'm a loyal customer to LBJ, is because they are honest and up front in terms of what repair/maintenance your car requires at that moment. They do not try to up-sell you or recommend work that isn't necessary and they'll take the time to explain why a repair is needed or not. They treat the customer with respect and always deliver on their promises.

We were driving from PA to Acadia for our family vacation last week when our Honda pilot started having trouble near Boston area. We googled for car repair shop and found few. Some were closed as it was Monday and some said they are fully booked. But when we walked in to LBJ, Rick listened to our story and called Dan. Although they were fully booked, Dan was gracious enough to take a look into our car and on the first instance he knew it was a exhaust issue. We waited for our car to be fixed as Ian was working on some other car. After two hours and just $150, we were on our way to Acadia! We can't thank Dan, Rick and Ian enough for fixing our car without any appointment. Thank You!
