I was able to find everything on my Xmas list. 😊 Only complaints I have is the checkout setup. It needs to be more efficiency acceptable and not have customers standing in other departments waiting to get in line for the Checkout. And not enough carts due to many were full of items waiting to be returned back to Departments and emptied. So many customers were unable to have a cart for there items they were purchasing.

Shout out to store 0102! Ms Windy not only treated me well on a very busy shopping day, but the way she treated her fellow employees is what got my attention. Her coworker was much younger, most likely in high school, yet I watched her speak with him in such a supportive and kind way.
The way we treat others we work with says a lot. Ms Windy is building up the next generation while she is setting a great example of fabulous customer service.

Sally was amazing and extremely helpful with us finding the product we were looking for. Our original cashier #11 was rude, rushed us off, and argued with us about the coupon not being applicable only to turn and show us her screen and we could see it had been applied. Kohls needs to rethink their behavioral based interview questions for customer service positions. We were given the run around the store for one simple purchase and Sally came to our rescue. Hire more Sallys!!!
