Jeff had me in and out in just a few days after my first phone call for a cam swap. He spent a good half hour explaining everything to me. Bike runs like a top with their tune, no leaks, she sounds good and goes even better. I don’t know the name of the mechanic who worked on her, but whoever did, did a great job and thank you.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with my bike. Jeff and his crew were super professional. Very good at keeping me updated along the way and I’m super satisfied with the way my bike turned out.

WARNING: DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE HAVE ONE second with your bike. The most unprofessional and unlicensed motorcycle shop in the Greater Detroit area. Their quality of work was questioned and even laughed at when I took my bike to two Harley dealerships afterwards. The paint job was horrible. I’ve had multiple issues with the sounds they installed. They are not attentive to details and extremely lackadaisical with the care of our bikes. They scratched my paint and tried to act like I brought it in like that. Jeff is a fast talking guy. If you’re broke and your bike is more valuable than your home then go here. Or if you have a sub-quality raggedy bike, then go here. However, If you can spend some extra money to make sure you get quality service, take your bike somewhere else.

Was having an electrical issue with my tail light. Called every Harley dealer and every shop around me and was told 2-3 even 4 weeks before the bike would even be LOOKED at. Called J&R Cycle, brought it in and they had it done NEXT DAY! Amazing people and amazing prices. Will be getting ALL my motorcycle work done at this establishment! 11/10 service!

Had custom paint done by Vic awesome job , people comment on it all the time . Cracked Ice stripe surpassed my expectations. Jef tuned my 16 FLHXS Stage 4 runs and sounds great . Now would I recommend them ? Take a wild guess. 👍👍

Just met the guys up in irons for the baldwin blessing. Spoke with one of the guys ( not sure of his name) about some help with my buddies broken throttle cable and he was nothing but cool and helpful. I don't live in the shop area but if I did I would 100% recommend them because if your that cool to some random strangers then I'm sure they take care of their customers.

Warning ⚠️ Had my bike most of the summer. Took 3 weeks for a two day project of adding sound system and new bike bags.
Did not advise that parts wouldn’t be in for weeks. Missed ride outs. Could have had my bike on the road until they had parts ready to start the work.
