Managed to get in just under the wire after a particularly difficult day when I needed my suddenly-broken phone fixed before end of day. This place delivered. Sort of low prices you’d expect to be paying if it  were pre-2020 and pre-inflation instead of today when it’s nearly 2025. Through, polite, professional repair service from Jesse, I can tell you that much.  5 stars. Highly recommend.

Went in to fix the screen on an iPhone and paid $135+. They were fast and phone was ready in less than 30 minutes. Mind you the new screen pops a little. Their excuse is the “frame” of the iPhone. Once we set up the iPhone, 2 issues came up; error came up stating none genuine part was installed and also Face ID issue. We could not set up Face ID. Called them back and he said those issues usually resolve within 24 hours if not, to take it back and they will fix it. Ok, perfect! Here we are 2 weeks later and we cannot get the Face ID to work. Went in to tell them and now they state, that’s a different issue? And now its something else that needs to be fixed? First and last time that I go to them. The guy there was not even the same guy that fixed our phone to begin with. He just called the other guy on the phone and pretty much they didn’t do anything about it besides tell me something about there’s so many issues and small parts and then the motherboard. Really? I recommend you find another place for your phone screen repair. As soon as I walked in and mentioned why I was there, I was right away being given excuses as to why my phone had those issues. Would definitely stay away. Could it be that the part you installed was faulty? Yes, that may need a possibility but you didn’t even care to think that and take care of your customer.
