UPDATE Went again today and had an awesome experience. Staff was very helpful in rolling the bike out and starting it up. They let me go over the bike with a fine tooth comb as long as I wanted. Any time I had a small question I could call them up and easily get a helpful answer. Jason is very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to title and registration/tax items. He even saved my grits when it came to mirror modifications. Everything in the showroom is nice and they get rare or heavily modified bikes too!

Will recommend Honda Northwest without reserve and over the competition. 5 stars

BE ADVISED: there is a no test ride policy at the time of this review, however that is standard for the area and much of Illinois.

I bought 2024 Honda Shadow from Honda Northwest. Everything went smooth and staff was friendly and helpful. Did not try to oversell anything that was not needed. Also patiently answered all my questions.
There was some confusion on paper work with WI DoT and my registration was pending. I was skeptical at first, thinking this will take sometime. But kudos to lady I spoke at the dealership, she went out of the way, called the WI DoT, got it settled and had the courtesy to let me know me that everything is done. I really appreciate the help post sale. I would recommend anyone to consider this dealership for any powersports needs.
