I am very grateful for the quick help with the car issues I had. HeartCertified Auto Care took care of my car immediately, they showed me the reason the car broke, explained what needed to be fixed and listed everything on the invoice for my understanding. I was able to get my car next day, I received a discount 🩷 and one of the things that originally I was told should be replaced they were able to restore that saved my almost 1K. I brought my 2017 Honda CR-V to HEART last year for an oil change and tire rotation. While it was in the shop, I was informed of additional issues that needed attention.

When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that the steering wheel was severely misaligned. I brought it back and explained the problem. They assured me they would fix it, but when I picked it up again, the issue was still unresolved.

I called them to let them know the alignment was still off, and they had me bring the car back once more. This time, I took a mechanic for a test drive to demonstrate the problem. He agreed there was an issue and promised to fix it. Yet, when I returned to pick up my car, the problem remained.

At that point, I gave up on HEART’s ability to properly align my steering wheel. I wasted countless hours trying to get them to correct their own mistake. Ultimately, I had to take my car to a Honda-certified mechanic, who told me they had never seen an alignment this bad before.

I initially chose HEART because of its glowing five-star reviews, but my experience was far from five-star service. I spent $500 with them—including the cost of an alignment—and deeply regret it. When I requested a refund, they refused and instead told me to bring the car back again. But after multiple failed attempts, it’s clear they are incapable of fixing the issue. Now, I have to pay an additional $160 for the dealership to do the job correctly.

As a woman, it’s incredibly frustrating to feel like a mechanic is taking advantage of me, charging for poor-quality work, and then gaslighting me by insisting they’ve fixed an issue when they clearly haven’t. I just wanted my car fixed properly, and instead, I was given the runaround.

Had my tiers replaced, balanced and aligned by these guys. Everyone there feels very knowledgeable and most importantly accountable, while providing solid and polite customer service. No mixed messages or confusion. Told me what state my car was in without any fluff or bogus upselling. All old school principals that build trust and keep me coming back, and seems to keep them plenty busy, instead of the short sited greed that seems so common elsewhere these days.
