I went to Havoline Xpress Lube last March 18, 2024, and I informed them I needed an oil change, and the staff told me the price of the fully synthetic oil change. They are a bit pricey, but it is worth the price. They offered me water or coffee, and the staff were friendly and efficient. They explained what they are going to do on the car. They offered some optional additive products and explained why it was needed. They have a standard service menu, which is a checklist they follow in servicing your car. Armando told me the oil change is good for 1 year, and after 6 months I can come back so they check my car for free. The oil change was done in less than an hour.

As a mechanic for 20 years and now working for the federal government servicing and working on their vehicles, quick oil change places get a bad rep. It's my second time being too change oil now and they were just as professional the first time as the second. They were quick and efficient, friendly and they explained everything to me. They were kind and made me feel really comfortable. They were really professional and how they worked as a team show that they were very coordinated and knew what they were doing. I would recommend change oil now and me myself will be returning to them to change my oil.
