We bought a dishwasher and were very pleased. The salesman, Owen, was pleasant, very knowledgeable, straightforward, and not at all pushy. He was right upfront with the complete pricing. I’ll bet we were done with the whole sale and out the door in 15 minutes . The plumber Josh (recommended by Gray’s for delivery and instillation ) communicated ahead of time with all the details, was right on time for the instillation, did a great installation and was very polite.

What I liked about my experience with Gray’s is there were no gimmicks, no time wasting, no condescending commentary - just excellent service and nice people. Also I should point out we love the washer. I will get my appliances from Gray’s going forward.

We had an excellent experience with our first purchase at Gray's last week. We were in need of a new dishwasher, and Dan was great at pointing us in the right direction. He gave us a short list of his top recommendations, and was so helpful highlighting the differences that might matter most to us. He was not pushy at all - it felt more like being helped by a friend than a salesperson. Not only was the entire transaction quick and painless, Dan also recommended a plumber for install, and we had our new machine in our home 5 days after purchase. This was our first major appliance purchase for our current home in Melrose, and we'll surely be returning for Gray's for our future needs.

We took advantage of an end of November sale and purchased a Maytag dryer. Gray’s price was the same as a big box store. We purchased the unit on Monday and it was delivered Thursday morning. Howie, our salesman, was great. The two movers were total pros. From haul away to installation took ten minutes. Highly recommend! And don’t forgot to always tip your movers. These fellows work hard!

Well they will match Lowes or Home Depot prices they make up for it by soaking you on delivery $125. Home Depot delivered, installed (just plug it in), and removed old frig for $50. Plus 10% off with store credit card. That's $150 dollar savings on a $800 item! More if you buy a more expensive one. Service is the same. You have to deal with the manufacturer until the warranty expires. After that you can get reliable appliance repairmen when and if you need to. Think about it. It adds up when you're buying big ticket items like refrigerator, washer,dryer,and stove.

Our experience with Gray's was not good. I would never buy Whirlpool or shop at Gray's. Ordered a Biscuit color stove, sight unseen. Arrived with a white control panel. Gray's said it looked Biscuit in the pic we sent him. God almighty it was white at the control panel. The pic at Gray's showed all Biscuit. No rep from Gray's was sent to confirm. Whirlpool said it was not a defect so not covered. See the dealer. We had. My recommendation is stay away, far away. After the sale any help, forget about it!

Great family owned business! Anytime I have reached out. I have always had a quick response as well as a short window to have them come out for anything I’ve needed. I will only buy from them from now on. I had bought a Maytag from Lowe’s and Maytag wanted me to wait 10 days before they could come out to see what was wrong with my machine. When I complained that I couldn’t wait that long they called Grays to come out instead! Since that fiasco, we have bought a refrigerator, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and have had no problems with any of them.

Just got 4 appliances delivered finally after many delays starting with Covid. All delays were not from the company but were because of us. Anyway we needed a good plumber and Greys recommended using their guys and they were cheaper than the ones we had. They were professional and thorough, accurate and super nice. Did all the little things to perfection. The delivery guys were extremely careful with the appliances carrying them up to the second floor after removing the old ones, and never scraped any doors or railings on our new back porch of synthetic material. They swapped out the washer and dryer doors from left to right in a heartbeat. Quick accurate meticulous and once again like the plumbers super friendly and nice. I highly reccommend this company if you want to deal with professionals that offer fine appliances and extra fine employees that are fully trained and really care about the customer satisfaction Thank you Greys I will always come back for more!!!!!
