Layany was amazing! She really took the time to understand what I was going through and knew exactly how to help. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants the best for them. If you’re visiting The Good Feet, ask for Layany! The system is around $2,000, which was more than I expected, but it’s worth every penny. It has completely changed my life!

Layany has been a terrific help in guiding me with my issues in my feet. She was very pleasant and informative about my issues and highly recommend her, not only for other customers but also to be promoted. I’m sure she will be able to have her own store one day. Karen was amazing! She greeted me with a big smile, asked questions, listened and found me the best Brooks sneakers. I recently had foot surgery and am just getting back into a sneaker. I would highly recommend her!

On April 23 , 2025 I began the Good Feet Experience. I bought the system and was VERY disappointed. After reaching out by phone leaving messages and texts for help to no avail. Finally , I received a personal phone call from Aristotle Edmond at The Good Feet Store in Natick he restored my faith in this company. He is the person who encouraged me to come in and get refitted! The first fitting sadly was wrong for me at a high cost physically and financially. I DID go in on May 5, 2025. He listened to my issues, he started at the over and helped me ( with new inserts) to understand the process. It's a new beginning and time will tell. I highly recommend ARISTOTLE for being a respectful, knowledgeable , person, helping me and encouraging me to keep with the process. I will only make my appointments with him going forward. The company is lucky to have him . My review would be very different if he hadn't taken time with me on the phone. Donna

I had an amazing experience at The Good Feet Store thanks to Amra! She took the time to understand my needs and helped fit me with orthotics that made a huge difference in how I walk—my posture and comfort improved almost instantly. Amra was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I also ended up purchasing the Medi Massager because of how great it felt during the demo. If you’re dealing with any foot pain or discomfort, I highly recommend seeing Amra. She genuinely cares and knows exactly how to help!

I had an excellent experience with Layany. She spent a very long with me explaining, fitting and accommodating me. I have had them for over ten years and she explained everything again and took her time. I want to tell everyone I feel better and Layany is great! So sweet and knowledgeable. Come to see her!!!
