This place did a fantastic job of delivering our needed hospital bed in a very timely manner. We picked up my mom from the hospital and the bed arrived within a couple of hours. Just perfect! The side rails were nice and high as compared to those in the skilled nursing facility she was in. The setup man was great, too. It is wonderful to have the capability and family resources to take care of our mom in her home. She was so happy to get home! We are very happy with everything about the bed except one minor thing - the bed crank to raise and lower was broken but the delivery man said he'd get us another one that worked. So, overall we are very pleased. 🙂

I'd like to thank Jason and Jerry the employees our Freedom Respiratory for such a great in home service job. I feel they went above and beyond to comply with my needs and again I like to thank you guys.
On November 17th I had to pleasure meeting Gina who I found to be very knowledgeable and professional. She is one of the nicest people you ever wanted me and I'm glad to get to know her. I like to thank everyone for their help and their kindness.

Thank you so much for assisting me from the beginning! The staff helped me find their location, and gave me detailed instructions on how to acquire the products I needed for my mother. I received it quicker than I thought too! It can be a challenge getting things for your parent sometimes, and also trusting people these days. You reverse roles when your parents’ health fails. My mom is my baby now, and I always want the best for her. Thank you all for everything you do! ?

Freedom respiratory therapist Glenna is a joy to work with. She explained everything to me and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do. She was easy to reach when I had a issue my CPAP mask. An she corrected my problem the same day I called. The staff was also very nice an pleasant. The best company I've had this far.

Fantastic, professional and quick response to an equipment issue. First time using this company and Beth did an outstanding job of getting my son a hose for his machine. She also provided competitor information and phone numbers when she learned our former company had closed. She quoted the price and looked in her inventory to make sure it was in stock while on the phone. Received an e-mail receipt within minutes of the purchase. Will definitely be contacting them for future help.

Since my initial fitting in September 2018, I have had several issues with this company. First off, I was under the impression that supplies were sent automatically or I was to be sent a notice at appropriate times to reorder. Of course that is NOT the case. I was ready to change providers due to issues & Glenda, Respiratory therapist called and apologize and I thought everything was straightened out. A couple months later, I called and ask to speak to Glenda and the person (a male) said he was going to see her at a meeting and would give her the message. 2 weeks later....no call. Since the question had to do with my supplies that never came. Called again, then I was told that I had to order my supplies from another number and it took 2 weeks to get them.
Today, I have truly had it. My physician sent a change order in as well as a request for a new mask fitting. Glenda called and left message to indicate that they got dr orders to change air flow on my machine, but made NO mention about fitting. I called back within less than 2 hours on Monday, May 20th and once again got a Male who took a message (I think his name was Rob) & sounded just like the person I left message with the last time for Glenda. 10 days later still NO return phone call to set up fitting.
I call today & get their answering service. There hours are to be till 5pm and they have already switched phones to answering service early.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY as their follow up & customer service is extremely poor.

Staff is very professional and helpful. Glenna, the technician, took her time assisting and demonstrating the equipment. I never felt rushed. Glenna's thoroughness and calm manner in her presentation was very appreciated.
