Overall experience was great. By far the best/easiest process I've encountered. A lot of other places kept trying to force me to put a deposit down within 5 mins of talking them. I reached out from Memphis looking for a tundra. Michelle called me with great energy, knowledge, and a helpful mindset(which is way better than "I need you to put money down today" attitude). I flew in, and she picked me up from the airport and had the same great energy in person. Gave me another (in person) tour of the truck. Again very knowledgeable! The entire staff spoke to me while I was waiting. The manager, Ray, gave me a knowledge session as well to help me understand a few things that I was rocky about. I appreciate the entire staff and atmosphere.

We haven’t purchased a vehicle through a dealership in years because of terrible experiences.
I was searching for a Toyota Highlander and found one through Fort's Toyota of Pekín. I called asked about the car and had a great conversation, all my questions answered. We decided to go check it out. We live in Springfield so Pekín is about a hour away.
This was by far the best car buying experience we’ve ever had.

Yes, my family and myself were there today 03-29-2025. My hope was on getting a RAV4, one I had seen on line. But talking to Dustin, he knew I couldn't afford a payment higher than $300.00. But with his experience he suggested a different, better small car, very low mileage. He convinced me:) and I got a 2022 Toyota Corolla. Dustin and his place are just the best. Overall I love the Toyota of Pekin. They're the best.

What a great experience! From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with Fort’s Toyota. They were quick to reply when I inquired about the vehicle. Dustin was especially helpful with setting up a test drive and answering my questions! Dominic was also kind and helpful when it came time to fill out paperwork. I love my new car and really appreciate not being pressured or hassled.

I'm rating four stars because Miguel in the service department is 100% authentic. He answered my questions very intensely understood I was wanting to understand the system not just what needs to be fixed. I wanted to know the why and how and he explained very fully. Had I had an hour to explain to him my concerns I would have taken it. Excellent listener excellent hearer. I will buy him a card a thank you for treating me like a person that wants to know about the process of understanding cars and their parts functions and how it works together. I will say thank you because this is a hard thing to find in the world of mechanics. Being a female is difficult going in and being respected and he did just that. Respected me. One less star for the guy that interrupted our conversation and sort of pushed me out. But overall great and will request Miguel in handling my repairs and concerns from here on our. 5 star Miguel ! 💜
