Long time ago I had them put two tires on my bike they're still good no problems then I had a flat took it in they fixed it no problems now I'm going to put it in for a service and I expect there will be no more problems these guys are good.
Eric and his staff were very helpful.

Another glorious ride I finally got the bike out the shop and the only time I cried is when I received the bill lol however upon riding Eric and his crew told me I need to keep an eye on it but as far as the way the bike handled it was better than when it came in it was tighter Rode better and I had a good day I started smiling again
P.S. Melissa was very helpful also I forgot my gloves do you know she went out to the back to get a pair and loaned me them.

Pretty nice people. They explain every single thing about what is good and wrong with the motorcycle. The price it's okay, around 125 bucks for an hour service, and the product prices is the same that you can find on Internet.
Edit:
My response to the owner: My concern is that my motorcycle requested 3400ml of oil with a filter change, and you guys put 4000ml. This is a lot more than it needs and could be dangerous for the engine.

I have trusted my 40 year motorcycle to the Tigers team for years. They are the most knowledgeable and trusted around.
Update 8/1/2023
Not only did I get my 42 year old bike back in perfect riding condition, it came back to me WAY cleaner then when I dropped it off. This team is the BEST vintage bike repair shop around and I will miss them. I moved to Omaha and picked my bike up on Saturday and then rode 500 miles the NEXT DAY to Omaha and the bike performed flawlessly. Good work takes time people and Great work is priceless!!!

This is a great home if you have the need for service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they communicate well. It's nice to know I always have a trustworthy place for my bike. They don't nickle and dime you either! This place is truly a unicorn.

I can only speak for the owners character. I got into a tight spot with my bike while an hour from home. He immediately helped me out and got me going again. Only shop in stlouis that was willing to help out.

Not very happy with the service overall and I will explain why:

1) It took 23 days to fix the motorbike (it didn't start and they had to change an injecting pump and a filter)
2) When I asked several times what the price would be they didn't say a ball park at all, just, don't know yet...
3) In my bill I was charged $5 for a gallon of gasoline they say it was added to the tank. In less than a mile the gas light came up and I had to stop at the gas station right away. Not sure how... maybe they forgot to add it.
4) Labor is about $125/hour, NASA engineers hourly rates . I would have appreciated a price disclosure in he numerous phone calls I had with them.

I believe they are knowledgeable in what they do but they take more work that they can handle? This extends the number of weeks the motorbike is at their shop and the customer is unsatisfied.

I am not a high maintenance person and I understand retail shops but they take their sweet time to deliver.
