Si tienen otra opcion de carga vayan para alla aqui no es nada bueno llegué a las 4:30pm pero duré 5 horas esperando exactas, son amables pero lentos

Este lugar es muy lento para todo me he tardado aquí 4 horas para que me carguen y cuando llegue estaba yo solo,después más de una hora para que me pusieran el sello y me dieran los papeles,pero me explicaron bien lo que debía hacer y te tratan bien solo que demoran mucho ya casi no tengo horas para manejar,así que si vienes a cargar ven preparado a perder el día

Don't even bother coming in early. They will send you away and tell you to check in 30 minutes before. Sluggish people. If I have an option I would never pick up here. Pathetic!!!

I arrived at the appointment time to pick up, was told to back into any open door (was only 1 available), drop the trailer, and park across from shipping office. There was another truck that just dropped before me and I was still in and out in and hour and a half. Person I talked to at the gate and on the phone were both polite and helpful.

I arrived here at 4am to pick up a live 38.000lbs load. They load my trailer at 6am 45.000lbs. When I told them to lower the weight they refused to do that and I call the broker BMM and he told me that he will fix that problem. After 2 hours waiting they take out 1 pallet and lower my weight to 41.000lbs. I refused to drive that weight and they unload me for less than 30min. Broker even deal with me to give me more money but the menager dont want to deal with me anymore 🙂
So dear OO drivers, save your precious time and dont play their dirty game. This manager will never understand that 45k is not the same like 38k, "They're always done it this way"!
