I have taken MANY boots and new shoes to him and he always does a great job and for very reasonable prices. I’ve had new tips added to the bottom heels of my favorite boots, and needed the strap on a new pair of shoes shortened so I could wear them since it wasn't adjustable. Services are completed in a very reasonable turn around time too!! I love this place and I dread when Mr. Han retires because they just don’t make dependable shoe repairman like him anymore 🥹.

Han is the owner & worker of this shop, and he’s definitely a child of God! He’s so amazing. Hence, the handle on my carry-on has broke off last minute today!! I panicked and rushed to this store. As ive been before once, but for my shoes long ago. I wasn’t sure if they also fixed bags… but i took the risk. Luckily, I was informed they also did.

I came 3 hours before they were closing and needed it back before my flight tomorrow. I wasn’t supposed to be squeezed in this last minute but his kind spirit not only took me in…but he fixed my handles beautifully in 1 hr!! He didn’t have to do that. Very affordable prices too. Thank you again 🥺❤️ May God bless you! You found yourself a permanent customer. I’ll be spreading your services, to everyone!

Got my work boots sole replaced came to pick them up and the was not flushed with the boot had a lots of glue coming out everywhere he said that it was strong and I told him I was going overseas and I needed these work boots and those souls were not going to last he said if they'll last come back and I'll take care of you so I got home and brought the boots to him and he changed the whole story around and he did not warranty his work like he said he would never go there again

I bought a pair of boots I thought were impossible to get fixed up but the gentleman at this shop can literally do anything. It was one heck of a job and he charged me a more than fair price . He was very kind and had a plan from the very beginning to fix my lovely boots . I couldn’t recommend a place more than this one !

Love going here to get my alterations done! They are sweet couple and very hard working. I have been going here for about 7 or 8 years now and they and they know how to make sure things fit me just right. They're not expensive and get things done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get any type of alterations done.

I brought my booties in to replace a lost heel expecting to come back for them in a week. After learning I had made a long-distance trip for my errands, the owner kindly offered to have the work done that same day. He saved me a trip, and my shoes look great!
