Seems like they hire just about anyone here. The employees I encountered were two ladies huddled together talking by the checkout. When I walked in looking for help, they gave me a weird look and didn’t greet me. Complete lack of customer service and people skills.

I returned a pair of brand new shoes that I only wore once while briefly trying them on inside the store. The employee who sold them to me didn’t honor a student discount claiming the shoes are a protected style. Interestingly enough though, the discount worked just fine when I tried it online later. So I went ahead and ordered them online to save myself $40.

The employee I dealt with during the return examined the shoes very closely and claimed they were used and worn, saying the best she could do was offer an exchange. I had to persuade her to accept the return, and she eventually, begrudgingly, did once I said I can show her my online receipt of the exact same shoes that I ordered the exact same day. I genuinely did not wear these shoes outside of the one time I wore them in store.

She had a noticeably cold and unfriendly demeanor. If she doesn’t enjoy working in a customer-facing environment, maybe she should reevaluate her choice of employment. I genuinely felt like a nuisance to the staff. Very unpleasant experience overall.

Also, why are they selling shoes with scuff marks on the bottom for full price? That’s another issue worth pointing out.

I was very excited to by my first pair of DocMartens but I didn’t know where to start. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about their products and how to style them. Ashley was awesome. She definitely got me hooked to come back for another pair. Thanks so much Ashley and gang!!! Can’t wait to do more shopping at this establishment!!

Awful AWFUL return experience. My girlfriend who has a very thick accent went in to return my shoes for me. The associate hassled her about presenting a physical card. Even after explaining multiple times that there is NO PHYSICAL card when you use your Apple Card it’s loaded onto your Apple Pay wallet. Surely a “progressive” brand like dr marten would train their associates on how Apple Pay works and the fact that a different card number is issued every time you use it to increase protection and decrease the chances of cc info being stolen.
In a predominantly white area she was viewed as other thus deemed untrustworthy. I tried calling the store multiple times after she told me what happened with no answer from the storeI’m disgusted and I wish I would have never sent her into that store to experience such ignorance

We had the absolute best customer service experience here. We originally came in just to browse, but ended up trying on some shoes. Jamin took extra time and care to make sure everything was laced up and fitted properly and emphasized how good they looked. He and Farzana were awesome to talk to and overall very welcoming and friendly. Because of them we ended up walking out with the shoes and we will absolutely be back! They were so wonderful!

He is most rudest employee I saw no manners or customer interaction zero stars .He talked to store security very rudly I was with my wife we listened his rude voice and walked away from store disrespectful and disappointed .Treat and talk with respect no one is above or beyond if you don't respect ur security Then God bless with ur service
