My partner and I stopped in tonight and helped by Brock and KV. They were truly so helpful, kind, and funny. I love stopping in places where it feels like catching up with an old friend. I work retail myself and being able to interact with people as humans is so refreshing. I feel like oftentimes customers can be quick to dismiss employees and employees can get used to that. I love that they welcomed us and conversation so willingly. Definitely seek their assistance if you’re stopping in!!

Such incredible service! All of the staff are friendly and the store has excellent vibes, but Tiger was especially so helpful and kind. I had a very difficult time finding the right size, but they were very patient as I tried on so many shoes and they came up with creative solutions like pads and inserts and even suggested a different style shoe entirely which I ended up loving and fit better than what I originally chose!

Excellent experience and service. Called ahead of time for information on an exchange, Tiger was extremely helpful and kind. Upon arrive Jet and Brock assisted me also and I absolutely love the purchase. They made an exception for me when with a small detail in the exchange and I really appreciate it.

Staff is attentive and friendly. I purchased my first pair ever and they ended up being a little too small. I came in a week later to exchange and the process was easy and efficient. They took the time to ask me questions and got me the right-sized shoe (the second time) without a fuss. Bring your own socks to try on 🙂

This is more or less a review regarding the product selection as opposed to the quality of service.

Visited said store during the week of February 10th 2025 and was told the store only carries one vegan shoe. Apparently most of their vegan options have been discontinued in-store while places like DSW and Shoe Carnival continue to carry such items.

Disappointed. My partner and I are avid Dr Martens shoppers. So much that one of our good friends is a sm of dr martens in Cincinnati. Today, a very fully staffed store, while yes busy, did not acknowledge us a single time. Now when other guests are being served, that is no problem. However when each team member makes direct eye contact with you, is facing you, and crossing paths with you and looking at you, and still don't acknowledge you, creates a feeling that we didn't belong. We walked throughout the entire store, making it front to back twice, while looking at different pairs, even right in front of team members, who looked at us, and said nothing. I'm a firm believer in the brand and our experience in another city made us come back time and time again. I know the sm at that store would never allow this, especially on a Saturday. Looks like we will be going back to being online shoppers or go to Michigan ave. It's just sad that this is the location in the neighborhood we moved and recieved this kind of treatment. I've never left a bad review in my life and am disappointed to have to leave this. Guest Experience should never be a miss, especially for this brand.
