The cost of the repair was reasonable, not as exaggerated as at other shops. They explained the repair of my vehicle in great detail. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs auto repair.

What I like a great deal is process of digital photos of the problems, Before starting any work. After I requested a basic technical inspection…I realized how critical the work that was needed. Ball joints, steering and emissions! And Brakes. All documented with photos and sent to my email. The car runs great and stops much quicker. Thanks Doc Able’s.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I liked supporting this place until the last time I went in for an oil change. This was my first experience being treated like a "dumb female". I was told I needed new brakes to the amount of $900 and I was in danger driving, but I knew better. My father is in the same business out of state and had replaced my brakes months before. Despite telling the man this, he kept trying to convince me that its city driving, etc etc. I lived right by work and barely drove my car. It felt so disgusting to have this man take advantage of me and try to gaslight me into thinking he knew my car better than me, a gal who grew up helping her father in the garage. I took my business elsewhere this time...and guess what. Brakes are still good. Females beware. This still happens. This place should be ashamed of themselves for trying to rob me with their lies.

EDITING TO REPLY AS I DO NOT see an option. Yes, It has been a while since this experience. It still bothers me. It was not a woman who helped me, it was a man as mentioned, so it must have been you. I was not shown pictures or measurements. There was nothing to back up the claim. When I said brake pads were pretty new, you said city driving wears them down. I had barely been driving as mentioned. It was pushy and I was told it was dangeous to drive. The same brake pads are still good today. Part of why Im finally sharing. It was dishonest. I have not been back because of this experience.

I initially took my new car to the dealership for maintenance to maintain the warranty. However, despite numerous visits, the same issues kept recurring; within a year, I had 30 service records. {In 4 different dealership services}

Frustrated, I decided to try Doc Able's Auto Clinic and what a difference it made! They not only fixed the recurring problem effectively but also assured me that using their service wouldn't void my warranty.

There was a bit of resistance from the dealership regarding the warranty issue, but once I showed them the relevant law, they backed down. I'm so grateful for the team at Doc Able's Auto Clinic that I'm planning to buy a new car soon and will exclusively use their services instead of the dealership's.
