Great Honda Shop! Not a big selection of road bikes, small assortment of used bikes. Lots of new road/street bikes of pervious year 2 or even 3. Good if you know what you want.
Buying was easy, kept to agreed timeline, sales person was low pressure asked appropriate questions. Since this was for my GF, he spoke to her directly and directed his sales techniques toward her and not me, even though I was the person purchasing, which was great, other places didn't give her the time of day.
Reason I dropped a star was because of inventory. I wish they had a few more models on the floor, and they ran out if kickstand pucks.

We were looking to buy but he wasn't looking to sell. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get here to be told that he wouldn't sell us a quad for our 15 year old. I understand they are supposed to be 16 to ride but the quad was for an upcoming 16th birthday gift. You talked yourself right out of a sale.

Kid that answered the phone was snobby and rude like he didn't want to do anything

Tried telling me all 18 inch dirt bike tires are the same size 🤣

Then the manger tried to back him up

If u guys can't even get a $20 tube right
Why would I buy my new $8000 dollar bike there?

Went in to just get oil, 2 younger boys seemed pretty quiet and not helpful at the desk, esp the skinnier kid with the hat on cocked to the right, not sure just got kindve a rude vibe, esp when your at a parts store usually employees r always nice and helpful? Either way if was me and I was the boss, I'd b reading all these bad reviews on the place and literally start from scratch, brand new positions open!!! I'm literally just glad it was just oil tho lol after reading reviews!!!! Cause I was definitely gonna start bringing my Honda and other toys there to get worked on!!!!!! Forget tht!!!!
