Very disappointed. Brought my Kawasaki 610 mule in and found out the belt needed to be repaired. I noticed when I took it home that it was slipping worse than before I had it replaced. Took it back and they replaced a spark plug & did a compression check. The root cause is when they changed the belt, they failed to replace the two 10 mm bolts that change the tension on the belt. I expect more when they charge $130/hr.

I recently purchased a 10" Tread XL from D3 Customs and as per usual I waited until the last minute before my trip to order the unit and they went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted before my trip. Their Professional service and clear instructions on how to set up the unit made things very easy. I'm a little technology challenged but this unit is relatively easy to understand and navigate the features. I bought the unit for my SxS trip to use at the Hatfield and McCoy trails systems. I found the maps to be pretty good but I used the track feature while riding to make the trails I ran 100% and I am able to track the outlaw trails as well as drop a pin at locations of interest. Absolutely pleased with this purchase and D3's service I highly recommend them and if you are in the market for a gps unit you won't find a better place to get one!

Had a great experience at D3. Had them install parts to help get my Polaris RZR street legal. Once the inspector saw my D3 sticker on my machine he didn't think twice about slapping an assembled vehicle sticker on it. They did great work for a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. I also bought a GPS unit in mounting plate for my snowmobile and rzr and I could not be happier. Give them a shot you will not be disappointed.

It was a pleasure working with Dan at D3 Customs. I had a GPS stop working. Brought it in and he replaced it. The 2nd one did the same thing and I called Dan and explained the issue. He told me to come on in and he would replace it. We found out that there was a bad batch and unfortunately we got both of them. Thanks again Dan for making it right. Can't wait for snowmobile season to use it.
