Called Friday explained that my 2014 street glide was running funny and needed service , Charlie told me to bring it in same day , dropped it off picked it up Saturday morning , full service done and fixed my issue with fuel pump , awesome guys great service .

They are the absolute best. Excellent service. I could not have gotten better turnaround. Exceedingly knowledgeable. They were fixing engines before most of us began discovering girls. Very fair prices too.

This is not a good place to get your bike fix. I paid him 2100 an this guy still didn’t fix my bike. He only works on his friends things from the looks of it. I head to take my bike to another shop. An they fix it an 2 days. He’s always trying to talk over you. A speak to you as if you don’t no anything. To all my people a the bike life. Stay away from this shop.the bike was never running I have video proof. There’s no need for me to lie. You told me out your own mouth that it lost spark. No matter what you say. You were paid in full I have that proof too. An yet I still left with a broken bike. That I also head to pay for again. At another shop because you didn’t do the job. That you were paid for. Every time I ask you about the problem. You always told me. You have other things to do. Just be honest man. You’re wrong for what you did

Never doing business here again, tool store on Harlem is way better than this pathetic repair shop. They overcharge and dont respect their business hours. The owner is a complete joke. BEWARE

This place is awesome. Showed up randomly on a Sunday and Charlie got me on the schedule for that Tuesday. Had my bike back the next day. They even waited for me til 8pm to come get it after my sons baseball game. I’ll be coming back for all my services and recommending Charlie and his crew to everyone.

This place was great! It’s hard to find a good motorcycle shop in the greater Chicagoland area and this was the perfect fit. Charlie was great to work with, got me a good deal and did great work with my new handlebar and wheel replacements. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future bike work.

This is a great shop to get motorcycles repaired. The guys are quick and the work is good. They replaced tires , brakes and my recently burned out clutch. So I wanna send my gratitude through review. Thanks Again Charles and the crew

I went there with high hopes as I was recommended to this store by cycle gear. I went to get my tires changed and both tires were put on backwards l. I caught the rear tire right away and had it switched and I didn't notice the front until I got home. I called up and asked about getting the front tire switched because it was put on the wrong way as well. He said it couldnt have been because he installed it. Once I got back up there charlie was yelling in my face on how he didn't mess it up and that it was the previous shop who must have put the tire on backwards and also my fault for not marking the rim. He would not let me talk and explain how there is an arrow on the rim as well as the tire that marks the rotational direction. (Posted pictures of this) The worst part of this all was my rim when I got it back. The paint is all chiped and there's gouges around the rim. I brought my rims in all polished up since they are (were) in immaculate condition and now they look like they were curbed. Also got them back covered in grease like they dumped a whole tub of grease on them. I would not recommend at all.
