This place is awesome. I am a Birkenstock shoe lover, and this is the place to go. You can actually try the shoes on. And they don't have your size, no worries, they will work with you to try to order them.
They carry a lot of brand-name shoes as well. Shoe care products and shoe laces.
They also repair shoes and many more.

Brought my suede leather boots after being repaired by another boot repair business. The previous place did more damage than when brought in originally. Concept shoe repair not only made them look and feel like new, but had excellent customer service!!! We rave to everyone about what an amazing job they did. I wish I had before and after pictures, but I promise you're going to be nothing but pleased with their service and craft!!! They also have great selection for new boots, shoes and shoe products!

I can't recommend Concept Shoe Repair enough. I think it's rare that a business would talk a potential customer out of doing business there for the customer's benefit. Backstory: I took in a pair of leather boots, which are starting to come apart at the seams. As I'm not a shoe expert, I didn't notice the soles also needed repair. I learned the boots are near the end of their life. Instead of just eating my money and fixing the seams, the gentleman behind the counter explained that it may not be worth to just fix the seams -- or even soles. The gentleman presented his thoughts without trying to influence my decision making. My shoes were probably purchased for $75-85. Fixing everything would have cost much more than that. Given that I can find a replacement pair for the cost of fixing them, the gentleman said repairing them may not be worth it for everyone. However, if the shoes were sentimental, hard to replace, etc., that may be worth it for some. I ended up opting not to do repairs and will purchase a new pair when mine wear out. Sorry for the long post, but I truly appreciated my brief time in Concept, and this gentleman's willingness to walk me through my options while not trying to con me into wasting money. I will gladly go back in the future.

I have been going here for years and recommend this business to any friends, family, or even customers I encounter at my place of work (shoe store). Very fair pricing on repairs, nice selection of leather care in store, and almost anything you could possibly need to care for shoes is here in store. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and a straight shooter with any service provided or any of the advice he gives.

I have had countless shoes cleaned by him, a designer bag revamped and brought back to life, and various repairs to shoes/leather items I own. Also taught me the basics of how to care for the things I own, which tools/products to use, and how to use them.

I had a pair of boots re-soled. Great customer service experience. Boots were promised a certain day, there was a delay. I received a call explaining the delay and received the boots a couple of days later.
