Collinsville Yamaha has good old fashioned customer service! I needed a smaller sized battery for my 1940 Indian Chief. The battery needs to fit in a special battery box that has a shelf inside. They found it! …. I ordered the battery in the afternoon and they had it the next morning for me! Lightning Quick Service! They even filled it with battery acid for me. 👍They sure saved me a lot of hassle trying to mail order one. Thanks again!

The place is easy to find, up through Collinsville, left after KFC and its a few minutes ahead on the left. The employees were nice and knowledgeable, especially Jennifer. They can get you in for maintenance faster than many places. I recommend ordering tires through them as they can probably get you a better deal overall than you can yourself and you will surely save on labor. Overall great experience so far.

I was just in Collinsville Yamaha today and it reminded me of the good old days when the businesses cared about the customers. They did everything they could do to help me and the other customers. It seemed different here than other shops as they made me feel like family by sharing stories about the off road lifestyle. What a great time I always have there. I visited the collinsville il Yamaha store on 4/15/23 to place an order for a part that I previously called and verified what part I needed, that they were able to order this part for me and what I needed to have for the down payment for them to place the order. When I got to the store the woman who was working the front counter immediately had a negative attitude towards me. It was clear that not only did she not want to be bothered to help me but that she was actively going out of her way to not allow me to place an order at all. She refused to look at the information I brought with me and even though I had already verified everything I needed with another employee she insisted they could not sell me the part I needed without a bunch of parts I didn’t need which took the total from $105 (what I paid when I ordered the part I needed online later) to $500 and then $700 and when I tried to explain again several times what I needed she blew me off completely and told me I could come back on Monday and speak to someone else because she wasn’t going to help me. I politely and calmly tried to explain to her that I felt like she was not giving me good customer service and I asked why she wouldn’t take the time to actually listen to me and look at the info I had brought so we could try to get on the same page and she basically shut me down completely and refused to help me any further. I was very upset about the way I had been treated and will never visit this establishment again due to the poor quality of service and down right rude and disrespectful treatment I received. Nobody working in customer service should conduct themselves in this manner and it reflects extremely poor on the company as a whole. I’m positive that I’m not the first nor the last person she has treated in this manner and is most definitely costing the company money and potential return patrons and I advise that she be terminated before she can cause anymore damage to your business because she definitely cost you a customer who would have been a repeat customer for years to come.
