Took my vehicle in for repair and she gave excellent customer service and her prices were very reasonable and affordable. They are reliable and trustworthy, did great work. I definitely recommend this place. I'll be going back in the near future and will be a regular customer whenever I need my car looked at. You can't go wrong going here and you'll be able you did. Claudia is the best! I have been a customer for 10 years and it has been ups and down but she has one my trust! She is a professional and strive 100% customer satisfaction even if she can't do the work she will find someone to help you! It's tough being a woman in a Male dominant industry! It took me a while to trust her because of that but she knows her stuff! She treats her employees with respect, I have witness this! Honest and Fair. I've been taking all my cars to Claudia's for several years now and I have always gotten an honest assessment of the problem, what it'll take to repair it and they even find ways to save ME money while still guaranteeing their work. As long as they keep the customer informed and do their job the best they can, they'll have me and my cars as long as they're in business. I'll recommend them to everyone!

Update - July 26, 2019 - Still a terrific place to get your car serviced. Claudia is a down-to-earth owner and still does her absolute best to give her customers a fair deal that her competition can't even come close to matching. If you're not getting your car serviced at Claudia's, you're paying too much and not getting quality work done to extend the life of your car. It's as simple as that.

I was a faithful customer to her for 2 years, out of all the time I've been serviced by her I've given her literally $3,000 or more. I havn't been serviced by her for some time because I had gotten another car that was fairly new. She had given me a quote for a previous repair on the car she has serviced several times. I finally needed to get a repair done then all of a sudden she didn't remember quoting my initial price and jacked up the pricing of the repair that was still needed by almost $100. As an owner you want to give trust to some of your clients as well as earn trust, I have not earned any of her trust ever out of all the time of her being my mechanic, yet I gave her my trust. I will encourage customers to not look forward to making her your primary mechanic because she won't cut any deals and give trust even if you've been with her for some time.
