Terrible service, it clearly states business hours until 7 PM. There were 15 minutes left and they told us that they would close in a minute. We feel discriminated against because they cannot provide us with good service, since if we wanted to buy several tennis shoes, they should have helpful employees who like to work and serve customers well.

Place was messy when I walked in. Cashiers hollered at me and welcomed me in (so much for a greeting) and when I asked to try something on the cashier answered that I had to change in a corner bc they don’t have a dressing room (barely glancing from her phone). Not so great customer experience.

If I could get a 0 star I would. The customer service is horrible. They over charged My credit card which I had to go all the way back for. The lady was extremely rude about it. She asked me to sign something so of course I'm reading it before I sign and with an attitude she said JUST SIGH YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. But obviously if they rang my clothes up 2 times each, I'm not going to trust them. It's unfortunate they have employees like that because it is a nice store. Hopefully management find people.to run the store right. I'm pretty sure she knew she double charged me, probably wanting to take a sweater for herself, and they won't be short on inventory because when I walked in, she basically knew what I was talking about. And God forbid if you ask any of them for help.

The store is clean and pretty organized but the staff is not very friendly. One in particular. I thinks she’s management. Short, a little big, light skinned lady with a mole on her face. As I was asking her questions she was over talking mean.

Also had to make two trips to the store because I assume they open at 10 but I was there for almost 15 minutes still wasn’t nobodythere. Therefore, I had to take a second trip. I remember a lady name Jennifer who’s service was on point. Wish she was at this location!

This place had some charges on my card upwards of $900 when I unlocked my card for 2 minutes it just disappeared. I called there The woman who answered the phone refused to give me the address and then she also told me there was so many people in the store she could never identify them and when you make it a purchase there you have to have your ID or the debit card number well guess what nobody had either of those. When I told her I was calling the police to come down and look at cameras she freaked out telling me I just had to go to the bank and they will give me my money back today which is also not true. This is really sad I'm supposed to work for my daughter today and I can't do it.

Got blessed to find a pair of gold toes in my size. Called ahead and they held them down for me. Anywhere else theyd be gone.

They are embezzling money. I don't really care why, but because of their embezzlement, they have the most ridiculous policies surrounding returns and exchanges. Do not shop here. It's not worth the headache.
