This dealership had a great price on the Ultra of my dreams. I did the research and decided to walk through a clean show room for a test drive. Kris Corzine made me feel welcome immediately with a fresh cup of coffee, went over the bike, and then went for a long test ride with me on a brand new machine...good guy & rider

At this time this dealership in is transition. Amir is the new floor manager; straight fair and to the point. Chi-Town HD presented a deal I am able to accept after riding the same horse since 1990!

I was introduced to Sergio Mendez in the motor clothes department. He was able to fit my wife for a new helmet; young man with a good attitude.

We went over to the parts department were I met Chris and Cody. These two guys take their job seriously - kudos! Both parts men made it clear that they are working to keep us on the road.

The service department at Chi-Town HD is going to be our regular maintenance facility. I had Brad put his hands on the Ultra to insure care free miles; never rush your wrench!

My experience here "begins" at the last stop during the dealership tour with Amy Hartman. She is the business manager at Chi-Town HD with a great personality. I notice communication is key between Amy and Amir ( the new sheriff). Thank You both for a no BS - no fuss deal on my new bike.

Ryan and Amir were outstanding during the process of me purchasing my new 2024 Road Glide. The process was very straightforward and they went above and beyond to get me the bike that I wanted travelling out of state to get it. also a shoutout to Amy for the smooth transaction, what I really love the most and unlike what you see at other dealers these guys didn't try to push any additional stuff on me, they explained what some of the services like warranties, parts and service are, but never tried to push any of that on me. Chi-Town is a good place to do business with and I strongly recommend them. i can't wait to get this bike on the road.

Ryan and team stuck around a little late to help us work out a great deal on a 2023 Street Bob for my wife. Great communication on respect of our time when picking up the new bike the next day. I was helped by 3 gentlemen by the names of Ryan, Ahmir, and Larry. Originally, I’d been a long time fan of Indian Motorcycles, until I finally bought one and was given the complete run around by Indian’s sales team; awful experience and a month later I still don’t have my license plates among other things! Chi-Town Harley-Davidson at Tinley Park, on the other hand, made a Harley dude out of me today! Ryan Krohn was my first contact, and he was extremely patient and helpful in getting me the 2021 Iron 883 I had my heart set on since seeing it on the website. The paperwork process gave us issues at no fault of their own, but Larry and Ahmir tag-teamed the hell out of it, tables ladders and chairs style, and my wife and I left the proud, happy owners of THE gorgeous Iron 883 I fell for. Overall I can’t express how satisfied I am with the experience. Chi-Town HD has customer service down to a science! Thanks again, guys! That whole place is manned by a f* solid team.

Went in to see if I could sell my bike on consignment or back to the dealership. Im having major issues with my knee and most likely won’t be able to ride a two wheel bike anymore. I told him what I would like to see out of my bike money wise, and it sounds like I’m shooting for the stars. I said “if I can’t get it paid off, I’m going to hop in my truck and leave, I don’t want to waste anyone’s time” and “I’m not going to pay money to have someone else ride my bike.” I expressed my last purchase experience from them, because I feel like I was taken advantage of (which it my fault as well) That’s when the manager and I went back and forth on what it’s worth, but the manager (who I was dealing with) should have just said cool, we can’t work a deal, come see us if something changes. Instead, he’s telling me all the people he fired when they sent him here from Seattle, he wants me to look at KBB, about the reviews since he’s started working there, and a few other things. The most concerning thing today, as we went back and forth on price, the MANAGER offered to show me the paperwork of a guy that just bought a bike, to show me what he paid, just to prove his point. That’s private info my friend, with sensitive personal info. SS number, phone number, income, address, etc. Would I see all of that? Maybe not, but I shouldn’t even be offered that, let alone, from the manager. I quote “I don’t like to do this, but I’ll show you his paperwork, so you can see how much he paid.” How many times have you done this? If you’re saying “I don’t like to do this” So, he was either going to show me all his personal info, or was going to show me something from somewhere, that could be any deal with anyone’s total on it.
