My experience in dealing with Ed was a very pleasant experience. Even though I was 10+ hrs away I dealt with him over the phone. He kept updated with everything & sent me videos of the bike, even though I didn't see the bike in person I felt like I did. Lawrence was helpful also explaining what all he did to the bike. Very happy with the bike when it arrived & very pleased great people to work with & highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a ride!!!!

Just purchased my first Harley from Ed. I don't think I can emphasize how great of an experience it was. From the second I walked in the door I felt treated as family. Every single motorcycle on his showroom floor looked great and where priced even better
After I picked mine their master tech went through the bike making sure everything was good and that I had zero maintenance worries for the season. Overall this was the most non stressed worry free purchases I've ever made. Recommend 10/10.

I have been searching to buy my first Harley for about a year now, and after dealing with 3 BIG name dealers, nothing even comes remotely close to the sincere, honest, and great service that Ed and his team over at CCM gave me, from the first call and Ed's mother answering, to dealing with Diesel my sales rep, all the way to Lawrence and his many years experience working on Harleys and going over all of the ins and outs of the bike, I knew I picked a great family to be apart of, got a real sense of the "mom pop shop", I couldn't have asked for a better 1st time experience. I've purchased two bikes from Ed at CCM. Incredible motorcycles. First bike was a 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan 900, 0 issues and a fantastic motorcycle. 2nd bike is a 2018 Ultra Limited, purchased at an incredible price, has no issues and runs great. Fantastic dealer!

What can I say!?!?! Hands down one of the best experiences you can have shopping for a motorcycle! With the help of Big Ed, Mama Hanson and Lawrence, I was able to thoroughly figure out which style is best for me. I got all sorts of knowledge that was much needed due to this being my first motorcycle. They treat you like family. I got a VERY beautiful bike for a price that couldn't be beat! If you're looking anywhere else for a Harley...you're in the wrong place. Check out out CCM for yourself. You won't regret it!

Bike was exactly like advertised, transaction smooth and delivery of bike within 2 weeks. We did have an issue with the title getting lost in the USPS system, CCM mailed it on time, but USPS dropped the ball. After over a month of both myself and CCM requesting updates it was finally received. Again, this was not a CCM issue but they did work to get it rectified.

I’m 65 years old I bought my first Harley in 1979, a 1950 Pan Head since then I have owned 2 shovel heads, a 1996 Electra glide a 2010 Electra glide and now a 2019 Electra glide purchased from private owners and dealerships. I was searching for a older road king, after looking for 3 months I stumbled across Chicago cycles. After several conversation with Ed and his technician and numerous videos I purchased a 2002 beautiful red road king. Ed and staff at ccs are by far the best experience in 46 years I’ve had purchasing a Harley. The RK was shipped to me in NE Ohio, it was serviced, detailed, fresh fluids, brakes and 2 new Dunlop tires all at a GREAT price. (Everything Ed promised) If you are looking for a pre owned Harley of any year or model check out Ed and crew at ccs you will not be disappointed !

Top notch selection of bikes, bikes move fast so don’t hesitate. Takes care of bikes sold being 100% ready for the road after sale and not just looks for a bike sale.
