Joe with CB Smith Plumbing was able to quickly fix a leaking pipe in my wall caused by a brad nail that punctured the pipe years ago and rusted out.

I cannot express enough how awesome Joe and CB Smith are. From the moment Joe introduced himself and put on booties before walking in the house, I knew we were in good hands. Joe was completely professional, and honest. He went above and beyond and put in a support block to take stress off the pipe once repaired.

While talking with him Joe learned a bit about our family. Before he left he actually prayed for us. Amazing!!! I will never use another plumber again.

Alex was my technician. He called to let me know when he was on his way and he was very prompt on arriving. He was very pleasant and friendly. I bought a new toilet and needed it installed. The bolts were sheered off at the floor. Alex explained things to me and told me how much it would cost. It was expensive to me since I already had the new toilet.. Alex was not pushy and even got me a discount. He did great work and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Their crews arrive on time, clean up after the work, and walk you through the work they did, and use their time wisely. Joe and Cody did an awesome job in our home today! We enjoy that they always give us multiple options for solutions and clearly explain the pros and cons of each with a recommendation. They also don't always try to steer you to the most expensive option if it's not right for the situation which really shows their main goal is to help.

Called Smith Plumbing to do a very small job as part of a repair request on a house I’m selling. They were able to come out the same day, communicated throughout the process, did exactly what I needed and provided a report within 24 hours.
