Extremely disappointing service. Zero care whatsoever taken with brand new wheels. Needed a valve stem replaced, and dropped it off with these guys this morning. Picked it up a few hours later to only find a major gouge in the wheel and several deep scratches. Now that we have the tire on the ground there is also noise coming from within the tire. So they either left the old parts inside the tire or didn't install the sensor correctly that it's just loose inside now. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here if this is how they conduct a simple tire service.

I went yesterday to get an alignment and my tires balanced. They balanced my tires, but could not get to the alignment and told me to come back at 8 AM this morning. I got there at eight. They took my keys. Let me know we’ll get it done as fast as we can. I waited for an hour in the waiting area for them to come back and tell me we couldn’t get to the alignment today because you have to change your rear control arms but It’ll be $40 today for the inspection. I did not ask for an inspection. I asked for an alignment. If you cannot get the alignment done then let me go.

I called and asked for availability for an alignment and asked if the schedule was open he said yep wide open nobody here for today nobody's scheduled for tomorrow bring your car in when we open I bring my car in there's a waiting room full of people and somebody's ahead of me and they are first come first serve why would you even insinuate that there's a schedule if if it's first come first serve. Don't tell people things that aren't true. I was prepared for one thing and told another. Could not wait because of the arrangements made to be there I guess they have so many customers they need not consider people's time...

Had a flat tire on freeway coming to Lansing from Traverse City. Made it to Budget Tire on donut. They got me back on the road with a perfectly fine used tire for my trip back to TC. Didn't try to upsell me like most places would. Honest guys. Great experience.

Scott Christmas is a great worker. He's worked on 2 of my vehicles and has done a great job. Roger up front is very friendly and helpful as well.

Terrible service! DO NOT leave your car with them. They will tell you to leave your keys with them and to give them 2 hours till the service is complete to secure potential customers. I dropped off my truck today and was told two hours. I pulled up 4 hours later cause they kept extending the time frame through the phone to find out my truck was still parked up where I left it. I walked in and asked about my truck and was told it would be finished by the end of the day. So I grabbed my keys and took my money somewhere more appreciative towards their customers time and money.
