In store is pretty much a joke, CS is bad and sales reps have a bad attitude. Several other reviewers commented how they waited around while the high school staff workers chatted it up with their friends which I can concur happened. Manager was from another store and I could tell she was annoyed to be there. Website is good and will buy from it so 2 stars.

My Husband went here today to shop for a pair of work boots. The girls did not help him at all, and when he finally went out of his way to ask for help, they had no answers. When he found a pair of boots that he liked, he took the one boot up to the register assuming the 2nd boot was in the back. The girl at the register said the second boot should’ve been behind the other boot, however; the boot was not behind it…. Then the girl just stood there. My husband asked her to go look for the other boot in the back, She did so, but not without him asking. Then, when she came out, she just said that they don’t have the second boot. That doesn’t make any sense. Why would you not try to look for the second boot on a $300 pair of boots? We won’t be back.

My first time ever in the store and Spent an hour there and no one bothered to ask if I needed assistance, the boot section I was in was literally right in line with the register. I got there when they opened up and it was literally me and one other customer. I saw at least 2 other employees with no acknowledgment. I’m all for buying local but with that that lack of customer service I just went and bought online through a different company

Bought a pair of square toe work boots wolverines overpaid for the boots $163 out the door was at farm and home the next day and they had the same exact boots were $131 out the door so be careful folks these mfers will get ya check your options before going here and spending an extra $30-$60 it’s not too much of a difference but still no reason for that if anything this place needs to start price matching certain places. Got a really nice selection though of boots though and cowboy hats

As soon as we went to check out the girl that was working looked my friend dead in the face and said “your necklace is fake” “that’s definitely fake” didn’t ask how we were didn’t ask if we needed help. gave us dirty looks the whole time we were there. and then when my boyfriend started talking to me. she stopped behind him and stared and listened to our whole conversation until he asked why she stopped and why she was staring and listening to us.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Horrible customer service. Went in to try on boots and the girl at the register said if I don’t see myself wearing them more than once don’t buy any, it’s a horrible investment. We also over heard her mock a man checking out for having an issue with his payment. I was looking forward to shopping here, but I will not be returning and will spend my money elsewhere.
