We bought a Bike from Black Diamond Harley Davidson in Marion Illinois and the customer service was absolutely second to none. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. My salesman Tim was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all our questions. I’ve bought many bikes throughout the years but the first time with BDHD. When I test road the bike I didn’t find anything wrong with it and merely just asked for a servicing BUT when they took it in for the service the mechanic found something that wasn’t right with the motor and completely fixed it free of charge. They could have completely SCREWED me over and just let me take it home but they DID NOT!!! As far as I am concerned this will absolutely be my dealership hands down.

Extremely disappointed!!! Took my bike to Black Diamond for a known shift shaft seal leak, new exhaust and to have crash bars(that I provided) installed. Everything (all the talk) was going well until IT WASN’T!!! They picked up my bike the beginning of February (5th) and it was done by the end of February. Great, right? Everything was started being frustrating from that point on. It took them almost another two weeks to make the call to get my extended warranty claim processed. Why wasn’t that done before they even completed the work? Gave me a delivery date which would be the DAY BEFORE my ride….”oh, NO…there was a mix your bike will be delivered the day OF your ride” Ugh….March 21, I got my bike back 1 1/2 hours before I needed to be on the road. So FRUSTRATED!! UNFORTUNATELY….At my first gas stop my bike was leaking 3x worse than it was when I dropped it off to them! Called and left Jen a voicemail…still haven’t heard back from her! The next day (Saturday) called and talked to John and sent him a video and a picture haven’t heard back from him …it’s now Wednesday, and I have heard NOTHING from anyone at Black diamond!! Out of town with a leaky bike… and they could care less! On top of all that, they didn’t even put on my crash bars as promised. This lack of poor communication and poor service is so disappointing and unacceptable!! I will NOT be taking my bike back to Black Diamond Harley Davidson!

Nice indoor HD. Lots of bikes, including a large selection of used and they have a bunch of historical bikes to view as well. Shirts start around $34 and poker chips are $3. Staff were nice and didn’t hover at all. Bathrooms are clean too.

Sales people are on point here. They ask questions before you even walk in the door if you're outside checking things out. Love the old bikes in the sale area!

I have bought 3 bikes from BDHD and every time the staff has been amazing. They are very knowledgeable very caring and make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. As far as price they will not be beat they will do whatever they can to get you on the bike you want. I will be going back this summer for my 4th bike from them. I will not go to another dealership.

I cannot say enough good things about the parts department. I called with a list of items needed for our 2005 Night Train. Some of the items had to be ordered. When I received a call on one of them we realized that two should have been on the order. Jeremy went above and beyond to make it right. Actually more than I would have expected. Excellent customer service. Once all of the items came in we drove down to pick them up and ended up buying a few other items. The women working the front of the store were fantastic. Took time to answer a few questions my husband had. Again, great customer service. We will definitely be going to Black Diamond for our Harley needs..

Lots of issues with guys over the years.
Both bags fell off my 2014 Street Glide within 12 months of one another. Been riding Harleys since 1999 and never had any issues like this. To my surprise there was a recall on the bag mounts and these fools claim the recall had already been performed, refusing any liability.

On top of that, there were more than a few problems with the bike when I bought it and to escalate the issues multiple times over a 6 monyh period to the GM in a closed door meeting to get the issues covered under the existing warranty. They outright lied for months until they realized I wasn't backing down.

To add insult to injury, when I purchased the bike, I was told I would have the forever warranty applied to the power train. I had all services done on the bike at this shop for this reason only to be told that wasn't true in 2024 when I came in asking about it.

These guys are fools, I wouldn't suggest doing business with this dealership.
