Friendliness is 5 out of 5
Here are some of the issues we had
1. My girlfriend contacted them and never called her back
2. I asked them to contact her about some questions she had and gave them her number…. Still never contacted her
3. Asked for info on another unit for a friend and never heard from them.
4. Friend contacted them and had to reach out to them multiple times to get a response claimed to be busy…. Both times I was there was on Saturdays and we were pretty much the only customers there.
5. They messed up on one of our papers so we had to go back the next week to sign again. Honest mistake I totally understand.
6. They didn’t even wash the unit before we test drove it nor before we picked it up.
7.Bought a Zforce 950 sport from them and charged for set up (I understand they have to pay someone to put it together) but the machine has less than 4 hours on it and the ROLL CAGE bolts were cross threaded when they put them on and are all loose. Which leads me to worry that there is more that isn’t set up/ put together correctly. Glad I had to pay for a set up that wasn’t even done correctly. See videos for context.

The entire process from start to finish was incredible. Brayden was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the bike and its features. He maintained communication back and forth with us throughout the entire buying process. He was always available by phone or text. We traveled over 9 hours to purchase from Big River. It was well worth the drive. When we arrived, we were greeted by Brayden and the other staff. Within minutes after finalizing all of the paperwork, one of the owners assisted in loading and properly securing our new bike for our return trip to Alabama. We would give them 10 stars if possible. We highly recommend those who are in the market for an ATV, utv or other type of bike at a fair price without the outrageous fees assessed by other dealers to give Big River the opportunity to earn your business. You will not be disappointed. We will purchase from them again when in need of adding more machines to our farm.

Advertised an amazing price on the side by side online but had a bigger than expected freight and assembly cost. ( I know that’s a standard charge but not 3k) I still saved $ but charge the same as every other dealer not more so u can advertise a lower price. Other than that, it is a positive experience.

extremely helpful, knowledgeable and organized. I was in and out with machine loaded on trailer in less than 45 minutes. even bought windshield in middle of the process. Im sure they are all good, but I'd recommend asking for Brayden. The deals and discounts just kept piling on. lll be back.

What a false advertisement and scam. List on marketplace a 2024 Brute Force for $5499. So I call and talk to salesmen he say oh well where do you live I’ll get you a price. Joke. Freight and setup then taxes $9400 out the door. He says oh that’s a really good deal. What a joke. Who does that. Obviously Big River Motorsports.
