No se que sucede con el personal de este lugar, solo me arruinaron las tuercas de mis rines y no me pusieron mis llantas. Eso si, me cobraron una instalación que no hicieron solo las arruinaron, tuercas que asta hoy no he podido arreglar.
Si yo le arruino algo a mi cliente de cualquier cosa, le tengo que dar una solución 100% satisfactoria. Pero el jefe te de estos chicos solo se enojó y quería más dinero. De verdad no es justo.

I unfortunately had disappointing experience. I ordered tires online and 2 weeks later send my wife for scheduled installation. When she arrived they didnt have tires ready (no alert or phone call about that). They told my wife that this tires are phased out and tried to upselling her to 70% more expensive tires - luckily I stopped that last minute. We ordered tires we wanted in belle tire in st Charles (somehow they were not phased out in st Charles) and installed 1 week later without problems.

My first time at Belle Tire, met with Steve who took care of me. Set me up in the system and was very thorough when I asked questions. Carlton was also very helpful and recommended a few places to check out for OEM wheel repairs. Would visit again for tires and other services.

I am in the process of having some major maintenance done on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. After the dealer gave me an outrageous quote, I went to a local shop that I’ve used many times and got a quote for about 20% less. I then went to Belle tire in Elgin and got a quote that is about 40% less. The nice thing about it is that they asked me to bring my car in for a free examination to make sure that all the work was actually needed, and that their quote would be accurate and solve all the problems. After doing the inspection, they adjusted one of the Items down by $800 Because they felt the repair could be done in a much easier manner than they initially thought over the phone. Really like the extra effort that they put in and they will be getting the business.

In today, spoke to Glen. Problem was my '23 kona n line tires w 8000 miles developed a light shimmy at highway speeds. Bought tire plan at another local tire store. They balanced both this past winter after I had two flat repairs. I brought back to original place when I originally noticed issue, this shop insisted balanced right. I did not make an issue about it even though it wasnt there before.
Figured Glens shop with newer equipment may make a difference, and it DID.
One was way off.

At 2,500 miles our new 2023 Nissan Rogue was drifting a bit..oem/factory settings off and would have started tire wear pretty quick. BELLE got me in and out in an hour with a cost about half of 'stealership'.

OCT '24
At 21,000 miles, it was time for the next alignment, after a bit of a scheduling snafu with the original appointment made online, we got it in and George, Asst. Manager made sure to get me in and out in about an hour with spec's in hand. Great job guys! clean car, no issues! See you next time!

My appointment for my vehicle was on October 15 at 9 am. When i arrived at the at my appointment time. I check with the representative at the front desk. He informed me that the tire I chosen on the online appointment didn’t come on the shipment on Monday. So he check others stores. No other store didn’t have my vehicle sides in stock. So he order another tires that morning and they were here in the afternoon. I appreciate all that they did for me to get my vehicle back and up on the road that day.

First time using them and I must say the service is superb. For starters, they hold to appointment times. I was able to pull up and my work started promptly. There wasn’t any extra waiting. Additionally, the service was A1. They patched my tires and rotated my tires. I’ll definitely be returning back and using them as my primary.
