If I could give a 0, I would. I bought a Honda Pilot brand new from this location and the roof leaked when it rained, from the very beginning. They tried to blame it on me. It was anything but convenient to take my car in to get it looked at, numerous times. They never found me an answer. I had so much anxiety from it. I went to the Honda in Kalamazoo and they have been nothing but absolute angels on Earth, from the minute you get on the phone with them, till the work has been done. They treat you like family. They diagnosed the problem right away and resolved it flawlessly. They are everything a good business should be and the Battle Creek location, not so much. I would never ever ever even consider them again and I hope you save yourself the emotional distress and don’t as well.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! What a bunch of crooks. How is a charge of a 2 wheel alignment the same price as a 4?! Never have i heard of such a thing. Also we have already had work done on our car, wasn't done right the first time, brought it back and then try to charge again?! Obviously they don't check their reviews because if you look up Honda in BC look at all the recent 1 stars. Don't know what you did, or what new management you have but it needs to change cause we see that you havent won any awards in a while! Never bringing my car or will do business here again. I will drive to stadium over coming here.

Brought my accord in to get the silly rear camber issue fixed again! Iykyk newer accords come with a negative camber on the rear from the factory. This is supposed to help with the "handling" of the car but has been no nothing but a pain!!! I've done a bit of research on this issue as I have blown through 4 (sets of 2 tires) and the car has just under 60k miles. I have had them regularly rotated per dealer recommendation but every time I get them rotated the insides of the tires are worn in such a way that the car would pull or simply not drive correctly. I bought eibach rear camber arms that were adjustable and asked them to take away any negative camber in the rear. Got the car back and thought it was fixed. Payed a pretty penny too but I love the car and wanted to get the issue resolved. The camber had been adjusted but I got under the car to just check after driving it for a while on a new set of tires to see if there was any issues. Sure enough the insides of the tires were worn again. If you have ever been to this dealership you will know that when you drive your car into the service area they have a machine that senses weather you need an alignment or not and is posted on a flat screen as you are greeted by a team member. Mine was still reading that the alignment was off. I asked for it to be corrected during an oil change. After about 45 min I got a text stating that my car was finished. I thought hmm that was pretty fast. I asked about the alignment and they simply stated that "your alignment is within specs according to Honda." I told them my issue and stated that I was tired of having to buy new tires all the time. It was so bad that the outside would have about 1/2 their tread life left and 1 set I had was even showing metal. This was a huge red flag as I felt it was a major safety issue at this point. I once again said that I want this issue resolved with zero I mean zero camber on my car. I have 3 other vehicles and do not have this issue.
Just got my car back and it looks like it may be fixed fingers crossed. But they tried to charge me up the arse for doing this. The paper said that I had been charged for a four wheel alignment. I stated that that is not what I asked for at all and just wanted the rear done. The lady at the front desk brought in the service tech and he stated that there wasn't any difference in the price between a 2 wheel and a 4 wheel alignment. I had a look on my face that said yeah ok and he simply walked away. I told the lady at the front desk that I will have to start taking my car elsewhere from now on. I stated that I was being charged again for something that really should have been fixed on the first place and she just said I'm sorry. I was pretty lit up but did not want to be rude to her as she seemed like she was having a day already. After reading some of the other reviews I can see this is an ongoing issue. I never wright reviews but after this I had to. Please be more transparent on your notes as on my invoice it stated that "customer requested a four wheel alignment." No I did not. I just wanted this stupid camber issue fixed. C'mon Honda of Battle Creek. This is why people have trust issues

I’ve been trying to make an appointment for about a month now. They have rescheduled my appointment twice, Kalamazoo Honda got me in the next day and they we’re fast and friendly. The other times I brought my car to the Honda dealership in Battle Creek they weren’t very friendly, didn’t explain what they were doing to my car or anything. Kalamazoo made sure to tell me what was going on. I would highly recommend the 30 minute drive to anyone who wants a good expereience.

I called to schedule an appointment for a full brake change and got ahold of a secretary there who was very kind. However when I was transferred to services to schedule the appointment I sat on hold for 10 minutes until the secretary took me off hold and said she would take a message. Honda never called me back.

I called the following week and the same thing happens. Hours later I called again and finally got services to pick up the phone to schedule my brake change appointment. I was transferred to parts as there was a chance my rear caliper needed to be replaced. After speaking with parts I asked to be transferred back to services so I could let them know I was waiting to purchase the rear caliper but the parts employee had no idea how to transfer me so I had to end the call.

I immediately call Honda back and once again services does not pick up.

After all of that I was fed-up, so I called Ziegler Honda in Kalamazoo and got an appointment scheduled in 5 minutes. Would recommend just going to the Kalamazoo one.

DO NOT COME AND DO YOUR SERVICE AT THIS PLACE! If I could do zero stars I would. Came for a replacement fob key after previously calling in. I was told I needed to bring my title but I just recently put plates so I only had the bill of sale and temp. Title. Service clerk said until I had my original title he would give me the keys. Quickly escalated situation to the point of shouting. No regard for customer service or trying to help me a paying customer. Kept blaming it on short staffed and having “a lot of work”. I was hoping to get helped by someone else but no avail. Was able to find my original keys. Came for the car and found it with scrapes on the side that it didn’t had. PLEASE GET SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

If I could give this place zero stars I would absolutely do not take your vehicle here. If you want them to have it for 3 months and 2 days then give it to you saying it's fixed when it's certainly not and then it catches on fire the next day then go ahead. The service department tried to charge me for parts that are standard procedure to change when doing the warranty work. I'm absolutely disgusted by this place and they shouldn't even be allowed to sell Honda vehicles!
Let me also state they told me they had their best guy working on my car because it's a Type R and he couldn't even fix it after having it from December 4th until March 6th

I bought a new car here with bumper to bumper warranty. The fuel door latch broke and it's apparently not in between the bumpers and the service guy said the warranty doesn't cover a whole lot. They charged me $42 for diagnostic of the problem even though I was the one that informed them it was broken so they should pay me $42 they also charged me another $15.80 for the piece of plastic with a bumper to bumper warranty. I was never treated like this at Lakeview Ford. The service people are very disrespectful to my wife everything she takes the car in so this last time I went in and they do this crap. I won't ever recommend shopping here to anyone I know or anyone else for that matter.
