After a dozen+ visits, I'm through with this place. They preform services you don't ask for and charge you for them. They use the priciest parts unless you specify otherwise. And they rarely apologize.

One visit, they didn't put my oil filter on tightly enough, so my check oil light was lit up a week later.

Another visit, they replaced my air filter and several fluids without permission, charging me an extra $30.

One time they completely forgot about me. Two and a half hours later, I went to the counter and they never had me on their list.

This final visit, I asked for a full synthetic change. 15 minutes later, an employee came into the lobby and asked me what I needed for my vehicle. "A full synthetic oil change." An hour later, they called me up and said, "It was just a 10-point inspection, right?" Now I'm waiting another hour for the service I asked for twice two hours ago.

Only pros: Lobby is nice, and the employees are polite enough.

Horrible!!!! They overtightened and messed up all kinds of stuff and refused to fix it. It took another oil change place 2 hours to get fuel water separator off because it was overtightened, then they couldn’t get the cap off the final fuel filter to change it because it’s so tight so I’m gonna have to replace the entire housing, and the oil filter was just barely tight enough to stay on. They acted like they didn’t even care! I will never spend another penny there!

Very unprofessional. One employee badmouthing another while waiting on customers. I don’t want to hear about internal drama, makes me wonder if you can even do your job. The most helpful/friendly employee of the bunch seemed to be the victim of the bullying. Also, employee wanted to cash me out before they even started the oil change. I don’t think so! I will not be back. Plenty of oil change businesses out there who want my business.

I have been going to this location ever since it was built. 50+ oil changes and I have been 100% happy every time. I don't know how this could be possible, but it is true. They have a large glass wall where you can see them working on your vehicle. I always stand there and watch as their team works on my vehicle. I guess you could say that I have a trust issue. I always have a special oil put in my vehicle. It's nice to be able to watch to make sure I get what I pay for. After the oil is added, the oil tech checks the oil, but before the hood is closed a manager of some sort stops by and checks the oil level again and makes sure that everything is as it should be before he closes the hood. Every once in awhile I have to have my oil changed some where else, usually when I'm out of town. It's those times I realize how awesome this place is. It is "My Oil Change Place" Thank you Avis Lube at Wadley and Loop 250 for the many years of service!

Overall good service, oil change was fast. Items on the ticket were not completely accurate (showed 35 psi, for my truck tires). They did fix a problem with my fuel filter sensor, so that saved me another trip into town. All in all I would recommend.

Took my work Truck here for scheduled maintenance.. Pulled up to the drive, someone came out to check me in almost immediately. I was there during the week around 2pm, and the lines were fairly short. I was in, work done, checked out and leaving before 1- 30 min episode was over on Netflix
