Since bought my car, I always come back to this dealer. Their service is excellence and when it comes to repair and the cost, they always transparent. They gave recommendations via short video link so we can see what's going on. And what I love more is they provide free Lyft service.

Started out a bit rocky, but ended up being a very good experience. I made an appointment with Michael Tiritilli and when I arrived, I had to wait over an hour to test drive a car. After that day, it was he who had to wait for me, because it was after 3pm on a Friday and my credit union was closed. Then they were also closed on the following Monday due to Presidents Day. On Tuesday we closed the deal😀. Other than the first day, my experience working with Michael was good! For the most part, I did not feel any pressure purchase the day I came in for the test drive, but part of that may have had something to do with already have had secured financing with an unbeatable rate? I’ll never know, but I’m glad and happy with the experience I had and with my new car!!!

As someone who was never a fan of this service center, my mind has changed and it was due to the service rep I randomly got to help me. He was very informative, kind and kept me in the loop the whole time I was there. He gave me an honest time - something that has not always been the case - and made sure all my questions were answered. The waiting area is clean with enough room for people waiting. I hope all my visits going forward are as accommodating as this one.
